Comida muy económica y abundante - Edit
Lugar sencillo y sin pretensiones. Ofrecen menú económico (12 soles) y especial (18 soles). En esta ocasión pedimos dos menús económicos y elegimos la sopa verde y la hamburguesa de quinoa. De primeras nos trajeron la sopa, cuya porción era muy grande, el postre y habas. El postre era un vaso de una preparación que parecía gelatina, por ello preferí no comerlo. Con la sopa ya quedamos llenas entonces decidimos pedir que las hamburguesas de quinoa nos las empacaran. Sin embargo, no era en sí una hamburguesa, era arroz, con papa y como una milanesa de quinoa. Este menú también incluía ensalada pero nos pareció demasiado y pedimos que no la agregaran. La comida estaba rica, diferente a muchas cosas que he probado. Considero que un solo menú alcanza para dos personas ya que las porciones son muy grandes.

Reopened early 2024 - Edit
In early 2024 this place reopened at the corner of Jirón Callao and Rufino Torrico (just a few blocks from the main square in the historic center of town). This is an old fashioned place with good food and low prices. The meal of the day is currently 12 soles. I got the mixed salad and then the main plate which had garbanzo beans, a Spanish tortilla, whole grain rice, fava beans, an infusion to drink and a simple coconut dessert. Recommended when in this part of town, and it's also in the same block as another vegetarian restaurant so you can compare the meals of the day before choosing. As of June 2024 they are open 700am to about 630pm for breakfast, lunch and early dinner. I got there on a Friday about 515pm and they still had everything available on the meal of the day.

Cons: No se tiene claridad qué es vegano y que no , Los empaques que utilizan no son biodegradables

This is a very cheap option in the center of Lima. The food is tasty the atmosphere is like in a canteen.

There was lots of variety in the buffet and many vegan options, you pay by weight and it is quite cheap, 11 soles for a full plate and mazamorra. Also the place was full of locals :)

The food was really great and the price was good! Usually I eat in vegan restaurants where it's safe to eat everything, this time I forgot the place isn't all vegan and I hope I didn't eat any animal products but all I ate was really good.

After a night flight this buffet was exactly what I needed. Loads of vegan options and all vegetarian. So tasty and such a variety of veggies cooked and raw, beans, tofu and fruits. Opposite san augustin church, very busy with locals which is always a good sign.

So cheap and tons of vegan options. I got a huge plate of food for 6.3 soles. The atmosphere isn't great and the bathrooms are gross but who cares with food that yummy and cheap. Highly recommend!
