Lovely service - Edit
The first thing we noticed when walking in to Vege Munch is how friendly and welcoming the team are. They took time to explain the menu and were clear about which items are vegan or can be made vegan. Service was quick, and food was good. We had a selection of the starters and a couple of mains, fair sized portions and good value. We thought the Black Bean Flat Noodle dish was quite nice, and I haven't had wontons for years! Vege Munch is just set back from the main road but we still found it easy to find.

Yum! - Edit
We tried laksa, rendang, Hokkien noodles and salt and pepper chicken. Everything was yum! I especially like the rendang and salt and pepper chicken but would get them all again.

Malaysian tasty joy - Edit
So tasty!!! As a vegan, it has been a long time since I had curry laksa, and this one at Vege Munch was amazing!!! Very, very tasty, filling and deliciously rich. My husband had the rendang curry with pandanus rice, and his was very delicious too. I don't think you can go wrong here, as long as you like the various vegan meat-replacement products used. I would have also enjoyed more vegetables in the dishes, but for a vegetarian Malaysian taste hit, this was just sensational, and we will certainly come back. Note that in terms of ambience, the restaurant is spotlessly clean and roomy, but is a fairly functional space - you won't be getting a cosy vibe here. What you will get is sensational flavour and vegan food. Wonderful!!!

Malaysian goodness! - Edit
Everything is vegetarian (although I think they may have mentioned fish sauce somewhere) but request vegan and it'll be fine. Recommend the Char Kway Teow!
