My friend and I both had the ćevapi with chips and it's was amazing. Perfect texture and very hearty.
The cook was so friendly and gave us 50% off because it was our first time there, bringing it to €3 each for a whole meal.
Definitely check it out!

I had a Cevapi to go. It was handed to me in a paper bag, with the bread and "meat" inside of it in another bag, another bag with cut onions, and a plastic container with ajvar. Frankly I was beyond my cevapi knowledge so I just sat on a bank and threw the onions and ajvar into the bread, satisfying my inner goblin.
It tasted fairly well and I'd go again to try the other dishes, especially given the relatively low prices.

The owner is really kind and offered us several selfmade sausages to taste before ordering. We liked all of them and even took one home with us. The food was really delicious and we enjoyed the overall experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant is really tiny so if you're with more than just 2 people you might prefer taking your food to go.

My partner and I both tried ćevapčići for the first time here, and not sure what it would traditionally taste like, but here is was delicious! Owner was so friendly. Take-out only which we didn't realize, but the owner had one table set up outside the door and he brought us a second chair so we could eat right there.

If you are looking for traditional balkan food ćevapčići but vegan this is the place, they are super delicious. I personally did not like the fries but they were ordered separately so i know for the next time.

Well worth searching out this place for a quickie! - Edit
The term "fast food" is not a positive term in English, too much bad association with poisonous corporate burgers, sweeteners and flavourings. But this place is an honest attempt to do good veggie and vegan food with a quick service. As such it is like a smaller version of Green Point with no seating but better burgers and really nice sugar free cheese cakes. Run by a friendly older couple, I suspect they are vegetarians! But didn't,t want to over tax their English,
Read moreEasy to miss as it is situated just off the road in a side street. Right opposite an organic eco friendly laundrette!
If you arrive too late as this place does close early then try the wonderful mushroom Burek from the burek outlet just across the road on the corner.

They have added a few new things to their menu including their homemade Ćevapi see photo.
Also they have changed their opening times to be open longer and on Sundays but not Saturday.

Tiny portion size, like really tiny. The falafels are just bite sized, and I had to order a whole wheat bread which didn’t help to fill me up either. Left feeling unsatisfied. Owners are friendly. Note that they have 3 different pricing (one outside the shop, one on the menu, and another on a set of laminated paper)… and it can be quite confusing.
