Great selection of food

Per the restaurant's name, this place is not 100% vegan. They'll ask you if you're vegan when you order, to supply you the appropriate bread/sauce.

We tried the crispy fish bites and crispy sandwich. Adored the fish bites, which were battered pieces of hearts of palm. They were well seasoned and had great flavor. Loved the tartar sauce as well.

We were most excited for the crispy sandwich, but the poppiness of the oyster mushroom was too much for the both of us (as mushroom lovers). It was honestly repulsive and I could only think of chewing chicken cartilage while eating it. I'm not sure what the fix is for that, maybe trim off more of the base of the mushroom before frying. The sweet potato fries that came with the sandwich were delicious.

All in all, can't wait to go back to try their other food. Huge bonus that they don't use Beyond/Impossible/Gardein/etc and make their own food.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: Good location, Friendly staff, Clean

Cons: Not fully vegan

Nice atmosphere, very friendly and delicious food

We ordered the cauliflower wings, the Philly cheesesteak and the ginger lemonade. The cheesesteak was one of the best I have had. Delicious. The jerk sauce on the cauliflower wings was perfect. We had a choice of sweet potato or regular fries. We chose sweet potato and they were really good. The drink was also really good.

The staff was very friendly.

Vegan Bridgeport!!

Really great selection of vegan food. Didn’t like that it wasn’t 100% vegan of a restaurant but still really great to have such delicious, varied options. The patties were really, really good and fresh. The staff was wonderful. Wait time was long, but I think that was due to how new the restaurant is.

Pros: So many delicious options, Creative “fake” meat options ie; heart of palm, Brunch options on weekends

Cons: Not fully vegan restaurant, Long wait, N/a

Tasty and earnest

Brand new place (3days), and off to a good start. Service staff is still learning, and the kitchen took forever. But! They’re friendly and helpful, and the food is prepared very well and plated nicely. Actually, really really tasty. Ambience is casual, clean, and pleasant. Pricing is appropriate. $65 for two sandwiches, an app, a drink, and tip. The Chef-Owners were there and it’s clear how happy they are to be in business. The “ish” part of Vegan-ish is confusing though. Be sure to ask questions if there’s even a chance there might be animal products. For example, the Vegan Crispy Sandwich isn’t actually Vegan because they do not use Vegan brioche. All in all, we will definitely go back. It was really delicious. Just hoping they go all-Vegan, or at least clarify a few things.

Pros: Good tastes great, Friendly staff, Comfortable environment

Cons: Non-Vegan items confuse the menu, Brand new, so still figuring things out
