Read moreThis was the second month of this new event, and it is well received. Good turnout with plenty of customers to go around for the food vendors, as well as live music and artisan vendors. Four of the pop-ups specialize in vegan Mexican food, which made this a great place for plant-based street tacos. Some of the other pop-ups also served tacos.
The entire event took place in the parking lot of Burlington clothing store, which lacked shade trees. Limited tables and chairs were provided to eat food, but not enough for the amount of customers. Therefore, I recommend bringing a portable seat and sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen).
