Update: I revisited and had a great experience. I particularly like that they offer veganized pasta (like chicken Alfredo) as that is kind of rare.

When you visited last, we were just about 2 months into operating a restaurant for the first time and I think that’s your experience reflects. So many options, I did stare at the menus for some time. We tried the Crunchwrap, Stevie Chix, and Ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. All perfect all delicious! Pro tip add the hash brown on top of the Stevie Chix sandwich. So good!

this is definitely the destination for diner-style all vegan breakfast food. the stevie chix burrito was excellent!!! just egg vegan cheese hasbrowns = heaven. our server was super nice and accommodating too!! she made the best pumpkin spice latte i’ve ever had.

Got the Stevie Chix, Potato Taco, and Crunchwrap along with the Chicken-Fried Steak, which was the special of the day. Favorites were the Stevie Chix (spicy chicken with maple syrup was tough to beat) and the Steak (a massive breaded and fried seitan steak covered in buttery mac & cheese with a cornbread muffin and collard-style kale on the side). The Crunchwrap and Potato Taco were good but tasted a lot like the veganized versions from the chain. Would 100% go back again! The friendly person taking our orders suggested the Stevie Chix and also gave us cold waters to drink while we waited.

I’ve been here twice, once with two non vegan friends who really enjoyed a breakfast burrito with me, that was definitely yummy!! The second time I picked up a crispy chicken taco, which I really didn’t like at all, I’m not sure if I just got a bad order or what but it felt like I was just eating fried dough on a tortilla… I also had a Crunchwrap supreme which wasn’t crunch and just below mid. I mainly gave 4 stars because I had a great experience when I went with my non vegan friends. I would go again considering all the rave reviews and try something new.

Visited Denver recently and saw Vegan Van appear in a search. It was the first place we drove to once leaving the airport. The crunchwrap was so tasty, small, but so good. It was a really nice welcome to vegan food in CO.

Truly delicious wing flavors! I was enjoying their wing Wednesdays but those aren’t happening anymore. Also love how they have attempted veganizing Taco Bell classics! I’ve enjoyed their fries & potato taco. They have great sauces & have nearly perfected their recipes. Always a pleasure eating here!

Easy location off hwy 25. Small menu for Mexican items, on the salty side. Pizza and coffee bar not open on my multiple visits. Store is expensive but has a wide variety of options.

My girl got the Mclovin and she rates it a 10/10!! As a non vegan she says it’s better than real sausage and will definitely be coming back when we’re in Denver! Good 'street food' resturant in a bit of wierd location but offering a decent vegan example of American food whilst avoiding its worst excesses. It's location is slightly odd, and when we visited it seemed quiet, however the food offering was tasty, did not seem to have any if the additional sugar or chemicals that you regularly encounter in this cuisine, case in point, the potato fries were actual potatoes. Tasty food and decent portion sizes.

Awesome food, service, & owners! - Edit
We were in town for 2 days and we came made sure to stop here both days for breakfast and grab plenty of snacks and drinks. We got the McLovin and the breakfast burrito, and both are so delicious, flavorful, and filling. We also had the opportunity to meet the owners, and Britney is such a delight, truly a lovely human being. So happy we found this place and excited to pay many more visits whenever we’re in Denver.
