Awful, they didn't show up! - Edit
I booked this for my birthday last year and the guides didn't show up! The owner of the first stop on the tour kindly rang the company for us, who told us that they hadn't noticed our booking (8 people, booked 3 weeks on advance).

Read moreSorry to say but we are not the ones you booked your tour with (there is another company that is not currently active anymore). We just started the tours early this year 202, not in 2022.
We never been in touch with you, not a single email, therefore, impossible that we were the ones who cancelled 🤷🏻♀️
