The sweet plantains were good. The mac and cheese balls were good. I order something small because I ordered a pizza from plant pizza which is next door. The customer service was good.

I might be in trouble since this location is dangerously close to where I work and the food was so delicious! The waiter gave excellent recommendations and was really friendly. I tried the Cuban wrap with yucca fries and tiramisu. I’ll be back for bolognese and orange cauliflower. The vegan pizza spot next door is also owned by these owners so that’s on the list next!

Every time I travel to Fort Lauderdale - Edit
I come to the Vegan Tierra. I’m a foodie who loves fine dining. You have the fine dining taste with a family friendly atmosphere. Soups and salads fantastic. I like they don’t use plastic straws. Service is pretty quick.

The mango lime dessert is to die for! We tried the Mac and cheese balls, sliders, impossible empanadas, bolognese, Caesar chicken wrap. Everything was amazing! We ordered from Uber eats so my pics don’t do it justice.

Ive had pretty much everything here and never disappointed. The Caesar wrap is my fav, the Mac and cheese balls, nachos, orange cauliflower, Asian soba noodles, Cuban wrap, fancy grilled cheese, plantains, truffle fries all delish! Need to try the soups next. A little pricey but they are always running specials spend $40 get a free tiramisu or join their text club and get Mac and cheese bites free. And plant pizza is right next door. #Veganuary

The menu offers a variety of options. The Mac and cheese bites, Cuban wrap, truffle fries, and penne a la vodka were all delicious. The off-the-menu espresso finished the meal perfectly. The location was very cozy with super friendly and helpful staff.

Dirt in my food - Edit
I ordered a salad and the lettuce wasn’t even washed. I found dirt on almost every piece of lettuce in my bowl. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately I can’t rate less than 2 stars. But dirt in food doesn’t even deserve any stars.

Had been wanting to check out this place for weeks. We finally got there. All of the food was REALLY good, and prepared fairly quickly... Staff was pleasant and friendly. Size of the venue is large enough so as to feel comfortable dining in. Pricing, while not inexpensive, is mostly in line with similar restaurants..... But . .

We do not use any processed foods! " Well, this is absolutely false. Yes everything is vegan. But since when are Impossible Burger and Daiya cheese un-processed? I hope they will remove this false info from their website.
2. There is no table service. Ordering is at the counter, then they bring the food to you when it's ready. Fair enough.. but does that justify a surprise 15% service charge added to the bill? At least warn the customer in advance that this is part of the cost. Offer an actual wait staff and table ordering and maybe it makes sense . , we had to go to the counter to ask for napkins, take out containers, etc . . Granted it was all brought to us gracefully (crew is really nice!) but let the customer decide what the level of service is worth.....
UPDATE: I called the restaurant several months later, Management defends the 15% surcharge, says the info is posted if you scroll the screen (what screen?). He defends the surcharge policy in spite of it basically being a self service cafe. Again, let the customer decide what the service is worth, or raise your price so we know in advance what the cost is. I wish them every success, but I also wish their pricing policy was more fair.

Update: I gave this place another chance and found the food to be very tasty and worth it. I think they adjusted some of the pricing. Everything tasted really fresh.

Overall the food tasted good (with exception to the rice which was really dry 😕) but the portions were so small that it was definitely not worth it. The soup wasn't even filled all the way in it's tiny container. There were about 6 small pieces of cauliflower plus a bunch of dried up rice."

Look no further than Vegan Tierra for your next food delivery order! Some of the best vegan food I have had while in Fort Lauderdale! I had the chik'n Caesar wrap with fries and a side order of fried Mac and cheez. The wrap was amazing! Chik'n was still crispy when we got our food. Fries had a seasoning salt on them and they were great with the vegan ranch dressing. And just order the Mac and cheez bites and thank me later! Wish I had ordered a dessert. So dang good!!

Restaurants like these provide a disservice to the vegan community. If someone unfamiliar with veganism would go here, they’d have a poor impression of veganism. We ordered the fried Mac and cheese (which was partially hot partially cold), empanadas (still frozen in the middle), Caesar salad, chik’n tenders. It is a bunch of vegan junk food (which can be delicious!) but when it is just partially thawed and frozen things that can be bought at the supermarket, it is a real disappointment.

Solid and High Quality Across Diverse Menu - Edit
We ordered Tacos, Pasta, Yucca and Buffalo Cauliflower. All dishes were very good and true to their nature. The cauliflower was so nice.. not so heavily breaded like the last ones we had (somewhere else), and the tacos and pasta both could have held their own in Mexican or Italian restaurants. Yucca was lovely as well. Everything was appropriately seasoned, tasty and flavorful and most of all tasted “clean” and healthy. Everyone will find something here!! Highly recommended and looking forward to going back for more!

Great vegan spot in Florida! Lots of good options in a city where it’s otherwise a bit tough to find a spot to eat. Only downside is that it’s a bit expensive, but I feel like you can’t blame too much of that on the restaurant.
