Awesome atmosphere! - Edit
First time looking for vegan food in Calgary and Vegan Street set the bar high! Huge portions, delicious food; we had the Buffalo chicken poutine, the sushi bowl & the fish n’ chips. All was fantastic, but the poutine was aaaaamazing.

Hands down every time we come into the city we come here (which is pretty often!). My partner gets the bratwurst with Buffalo fries every time and I’ve tried literally everything and it’s all amazing.

Great vegan “fish” - Edit
Loved it so much we went back for a second night in a row. Traveling with 3 non vegans and they were all blown away by the no-fish tacos and the no-fish and chips. I myself used to really love fish before going vegan and definitely would recommend. The sushi bowl was also really great. Apologies for the picture, I was too excited to eat the no-fish and chips to remember to take a picture! The staff was great, and the portions were generous. Dessert looked good but we were all too full to try!

Tasty - Edit
The food (Quesadilla and Taco) was good but the portion size was a bit small, particularly for the quesadilla. Recommend to check it out. I’d give it a 4.5 if I could. Definitely be back to try other items.

Good Food, Great Service - Edit
The food was good! I would go back, but it didn't blow me away. I think partially it's highly rated because it's the only fully vegan restaurant of this quality in the city - which in and of itself is commendable. I can't give it five stars however because I didn't find the food outstanding. The staff were really nice and the service was lovely. Sitting out on the patio was also great. It would be an equally suitable spot for a family meal, casual date, or brunch with a group of friends.

You have to go if you are in Calgary - Edit
Everything is vegan, portion sizes are HUGE, food is so good, and prices are reasonable! For once in my life I had a hard time deciding on what to order- not bc there was only one or two somewhat appealing options, but because A LOT of options sounded amazing! We decided on two serves of vegan fish n chips and they were to die for 😛 I am glad I only got one- my partner got 2 and struggled to make it through half of the second one! Can’t wait to go back and try more!!

Awesome - Edit
I wish we had a place like this back home, what a good vibe. Beautiful enclosed section of patio or open patio outside along with inside seating as well. Food is really great. All the music that played during our stay was awesome, lots of shazams happening. The inside of the resturant is also really cool and everything is clean. The food and drinks came out so fast. Our server was fine with making sure we had everything we needed when we needed it, but was pretty off socially BUT the other worker at the time Corbin, was amazing and I was lucky enough to chat with him for a while after our meal. Overall, everything about this place is so ideal and I’d come at least once a week if I lived in Calgary.

Enjoyable - Edit
Overall this is a good vegan restaurant. It feels like a vegan Earls, meaning nothing is bad but, I couldn’t help thinking of the better vegan food I had. There are two exceptions to this the Kalamari and the tacos. The Kalamari was delicately battered with meaty mushrooms but, the tzatiki could have used more garlic and finer grated cucumbers. I could hardly taste the garlic and the cucumber I found while there was lots did a poor job of incorporating its flavour into the tzatiki. The tacos are great and I can see why they opened a taco restaurant. So my recommendation is go to Inglewood rather than beltline because the whole menu in Inglewood is killer.

Vegan comfort food - Edit
Great food, fast service, and charming location! The menu is very extensive, sort of focused on "vegan junk foods" but that's exactly what I was looking for. Lots of comfort foods like burgers, mac and cheese, fish and chips, etc. The truffle mushroom burger is a MUST. Huge, filling portions.

Good salad - Edit
I shared the heart beet salad and the chili chickin rice bowl. The beet salad was great and flavourful. I recommend this one. Vegans k ow how to make good salads. However, I was really disappointed by the chili bowl. It was basically just rice, barely any vegetables. The chickin did not really taste like chili and was not spicy like I would have expected. It had strong flavour, but the rice was bland. Also, it was really expensive, (18$) for it being basically just rice. I don't like fried food and the chickin had a strong fried taste. This is just a personal preference and I know many enjoy this taste. I hope the other options are great. Also, the staff was so nice and kind. The location is really great. If you like fried food, you will enjoy this restaurant.
