Indian Delivery

I found this place on Uber Eats and got delivery after seeing a promotion under the vegan filter.

The food is completely vegan, even the naan bread. They also have made some fun replacements for dishes that aren't traditionally vegan. Like subbing potatoes for cheese and coming up with a saag aloo and a vegan byriani.

The food was yummy and not too heavy, I would have liked more Indian spices and a little more heat. Perhaps a choice of spice level would be nice.
