Misoramen, vegan ice cream and drinks. The ramen were incredible tasty! Good chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Mid & limited Ramen Place - Edit
This Ramen place is right next to TeamLabs Planet in Koto City. They use all organic and local Ingredients and even have vegan ice cream. Fun fact: their Kyoto branch boasts a Michelin star. In Tokyo, however, they kept things simpler, with just one Ramen option on the menu.

- Vegan MISO Ramen UZU style
The standout feature of this Ramen was the broth, crafted from a base of oat milk, and you could distinctly taste that. It had a subtle sweetness, intermingled with spicy miso, ginger, and garlic notes. The toppings included mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli, while the noodles were medium-thick and made from Hokkaido wheat.
While I did enjoy the Ramen, I personally felt it lacked some tofu or soy-meat, and I'm not particularly fond of sweet broths. That said, if you happen to find yourself at TeamLabs Planets, it's worth giving it a shot.

Great ramen, desserts okay - Edit
The ramen was incredibly tasty. For dessert we had two different donuts and some ice cream, which were all not that great. We ate the ramen inside the art room, which was unique but a bit dark and cold. Would order outside to eat at a table there next time.

Pretty bland and simple - Edit
Fast-food ramen place without soul and character. Decent! But nothing stands out. Also I don’t think broccoli and cherry tomatoes belong in ramen. The broth is the best thing, but not exciting enough for my taste. Seems like it’s made for westerners. There are much cooler and authentic places in Tokyo with vegan ramen where you can explore more surprising options.

Vegan ramen whilst enjoying the artwork - Edit
After visiting the exhibition, we enjoyed the wonderful vegan ramen inside the cafe with moving artwork. You can choose to eat outside, but for a premium price, you get to experience the moving artwork at a mirrored table for 12. The room is dark, and the artwork projects around you, reflecting off the mirrored walls, table, and ceiling. Your food arrives on a tray with a spotlight and is bursting with fresh vegetables and flavour. It was truly a great experience. There is only 1 ramen available, the miso vegan, but who needs anything else?

Best meal I’ve had in Japan - Edit
This was the best meal I’ve had in Japan so far (after being here 8 days). Well cooked and flavorful soup and delicious noodles with a perfect consistency. The ice creams were also good, we had chocolate and green tea/pistachio. The donuts were not really donuts, just sponge cakes in donut shapes, and there were a little boring for my taste but nice to have the option.

Honestly the best Ramen I've had so far. Would definitely recommend sitting inside, especially on a hot summer day. It's such a cool dining experience and definitely worth the extra fee.

Delicious but careful not to pay extra - Edit
Be aware that eating indoors costs 2650 JPY compared to 1800 JPY if you eat outside!!! I made this mistake as I didn’t realise you could eat outside. The menu is extremely limited as there’s only one option but the ramen was delicious. Nothing to complain about, only wish I had eaten outdoors and paid less for the same meal

Amazing ramen! - Edit
The indoor area of this restaurant offers the best experience. Only one choice of food (vegan ramen) and several drink options. The indoor restaurant is hidden inside the Team Labs flower/gift shop and makes this ramen experience an artistic sensory journey. Order your food at the checkout counter then you will be escorted to the darkened room with a long mirrored table and mirrored stools. The room is also mirrored from floor to ceiling with low blue lights swirling on the ceiling and chill music playing as the soundtrack. Food is passed through a secret mirrored passage to the waitstaff who sets the tray in front of you with a small light to help you see the beauty of the ramen. The noodles are surrounded by mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes and the taste is umami heaven. 100% recommend a visit!

Excellent ramen and beer pairing - Edit
The menu was very small - only one ramen, one beer, and a handful of drinks and dessert options - but the chefs here know what they are doing. The one ramen and beer option available went great together, and the ramen was easily the best ramen I've ever had. And you can drop by the nextdoor art installation after you finish!

Only one ramen option but it was very good! The broth was delicious and everyone else in my group (who isn’t vegan) all loved it. They also have vegan ice cream and donuts. The donut was good but small and a bit dry. Definitely recommend the ramen.

Best ramen in Japan! - Edit
I loved this ramen so much!! I've tried 7 top rated ramen spots (Jangara, T's, Towzen in Kyoto, Chabuzen and a few more) but this is my favourite one of them all. Wow, I honestly am still thinking about this meal and I ate it a month ago hahaha
Read moreThe oat milk makes the broth so creamy yet not too rich. The noodles are made with wheat from Hokkaido and are just fat and perfectly soak up the broth. Theres a beautiful umami flavour to this dish.
If I had one critique, it would be that it doesn't have many toppings (just a tomato and broccoli) but I think it more than makes up for it in flavour and noodley deliciousness.
I would go back here again in a heartbeat!! Go here if you love creamy ramen!
Pros: Best ramen I've tried in Japan
Cons: Seating isn't shaded
