Saucy Scrumptious Seitan - Edit
We never really had much seitan before, so we were excited to try their Bowl #3 which has seitan strips, plus fresh and grilled veggies on rice. It was SO good! We're glad the kind staff member recommended it to us, as we had trouble deciding what to order because everything on the menu sounded good!

The only downside was they didn't have the cheesecake today! Devastated!! So we got ice cream instead, which was heavenly! Tasted amazing, and no cows were harmed for it!
Overall we were very satisfied with the food and service, we highly recommend this place! Although we would love to see plates and cutlery that aren't single-use for folks who are eating in. We do appreciate that they mostly avoid plastic disposables! If the straws were reusable that would be better too!
Can't wait to go back!!

This is a cute little place. The menu is small but has some interesting options. I had the mac and cheese - it's listed as a starter but it's really more of a main dish. It was good, although a bit oily.

I stayed very close to them so i visited a few times, but sadly i couldn’t find a dish i would be excited for. Nothing was really bad or inedible, but nothing (except for smoothie!) was good either.
Read moreI really liked the dressing in bowl 1 but the ingredients felt tasteless, tofu didn’t seem seasoned or marinated, just fried on grill, and very soon it started to feel like i’m eating just the dressing. Maybe that’s just me but i wouldn’t recommend unless you are in the area and hungry

Everything in this menu is fantastic. From the bbq seitan bowl to the cookies. But the “your favorite sandwich” stole the show for me. It lives up to its name. It comes with bbq bacon (that actually tastes like bacon), vegan cheese, fresh veggies, and a special sauce. The bacon is made in house and you can really tell they know what they are doing because it bomb! I get it without cucumber though. I’m American and we don’t put cucumbers on hot sandwiches. Besides that it is the best sandwich I have ever tasted in my life

Read moreThe waiter was very nice and knowledgeable, and we loved absolutely everything we tried.
Charity smoothie and cocoa smoothie were super delightful. We tried bowl #3 because everyone on HappyCow is raving about it. Don't regret that decision! Also tried bowl #2, equally delicious! To top it all off we had a slice of the honey cake and loved every single bite! It was soft, sweet and melted in the mouth.

Came here a second time and tried some more of the menu. The food is consistently good but Bowl #1 is our least favourite so far. Sandwich and falafel wrap are great! Cheesecake as well.

We ate here four times during our stay. The #3 BBQ Seitan Bowl is life affirming and will justify many returns to this city. The smoothies, kombucha, bowls, burgers, etc…all absolutely delightful. Fresh ingredients and a friendly helpful staff. Five Stars!

This restaurant blows my mind. I am eternally grateful that I came across their Bowl #3 in my vegan life. It is *full* of ingredients that are all just indescribably delicious. Their seitan strips are so good it is honestly sinful (and they add many of them too!!!).
Read moreI enjoyed every single bowl on the menu. My second favorite meal though is their salmon pancakes. Great texture and such sophisticated taste. They also have the best iced coffee in town.
The dine-in space is very small, and the wifi is quite weak.
In short, please visit this place when you are in Tbilisi, you would miss out on so much.

I found Vegan Place during the pandemic using Tbilisi's delivery services. I really enjoy Tbilisi's growing number of vegan restaurants, but they are not all equal. Sometimes I find that the people making the food are just tired or bored and that comes through in the bland, inconsistent nature of the food. Not so at the Vegan Place. I find the food there made by someone who actually intends to eat it themselves - as I would make it - consistently full of flavor, yet simple and not hiding behind salt and grease.
Read moreI really enjoyed the barbecue meal, with rice and veggies. The sauce is spot on and I kept doubting its veganess ;). The other dishes are equally delicious, such as the tofu with peanut sauce. My wife, who is not vegan, enjoyed the falafel and the chickpea dishes. The deserts and periodic Kombucha are excellent.
The delivery packaging is very eco-friendly, which is an added bonus.
Highly recommend this Vegan Place.

Bowl #3 is just amazing. I recommend this. Falafel from Soup Culture is good too. I switch between these two. They have kombucha on tap that is seasonal flavors and pretty nice. Will be back here again. The prices are low for the Vake area and overall value is the best for vegan/vegetarian options.
