I love itttt - Edit
They serve a variety of delicious bagels, but also sweet deserts (cakes, sweet bagels,..), brunch sets with beyond meat, yoghurt bowls and more ! Everything I’ve tried so far was super delicious and also the cafe atmosphere/ interior is really comfortable~

Good rice bagels - Edit
Cozy and friendly atmosphere with various baked goods such as bottle cakes (scoop cakes), savory and sweet bagels, and pies. They also have yogurt bowls and open faced sandwich menus. Drinks vary, with dairy milk option (be ware when ordering if vegan). Owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. Good space to study or have a chat as well.

Veggie-ful and sweet treats - Edit
At the beginning, I was fascinated by this cafe but over the past months it has changed a lot... The basic menu includes vegan scones, madeleines, and some rice-based cakes which feature many organic and whole grain ingredients. There are regularly new menu options, so there is some more diversity.

Regarding the drinks, the coffee and lattes are now all made with dairy unless you specify you need to be vegan. ⚠️ They have even added a surcharge for plant-based milk... Regardless, prices are more friendly than many other vegan bakeries in Seoul.
The cafe is spacious, bright and clean. There are large windows, plants and different kinds of seating. A warm and calm atmosphere that allows for hanging out with friends as well as studying.

non-Vegan Mama- Cows milk default in drinks - Edit
Went to vegan mama for the first time and was pleased by the atmosphere, kind staff, and good prices. The things I ate were good but not amazing, but I definitely want to go back and try more of their offerings in the future. They seem to have a wide array of desserts and I’d like to try more, especially the vegan yogurt.
Read moreWas disappointed by the fact that you have to ask for soy milk in the drinks and that it’s not default. The staff was kind enough to change our drinks for free but it’s wasteful and unnecessary especially for a place with vegan in the name.

Not a vegan place - Edit
A friend brought some sweets from Vegan Mama. One of them looked like a little bag of cookie pellets that were rock hard, flavorless, and turned your entire mouth dry. We legitimately thought our friend mistakenly purchased dog treats, but alas they were just awful human treats. I legit wish I could reverse engineer what was in those cookies to make them turn my mouth into the sahara desert. We did that thing where we made everyone at the party try them, and 90% of the people spit them out.
Read moreOn top of that - you can't call yourself "vegan mama" and serve cow's milk as the default latte option. It's fine if you want to serve cow's milk, but change the name of your cafe and take the word "vegan" off your walls and menu.

decent dessert but... - Edit
This is another "vegan" place that uses cows milk as the standard offering. You have to ask for soy. I wonder how many vegans get caught unaware and end up drinking disgusting cows milk. The desserts were so-so and luckily we thought to ask after our drinks arrived. We just trusted a place with "vegan" in the name would not serve cow milk as default. They were happy to change for us and my Matcha latte (soy) was great.

Sweet and cozy place - Edit
A cafe with many vegan desserts and a good atmosphere. I really love working on my computer there. The music selection is pretty good too! The downside is that they serve drinks with cow's milk so you have to ask in advance😡The name of the cafe is 'Vegan mama' so it's a bit disappointing that they have cow's milk...

Improving dessert menu - Edit
This place has a lot of vegan desserts which slightly change in variation and according to season.
Read moreBe careful to look out for vegan marked options, because as some reviews say, there are some (not a lot, but still) non-vegan options and drinks have to be ordered with soy milk.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Sweet and non-sweet food options
Cons: Standard is drinks are served with cow milk
