Delicious Homemade Vegan Food! - Edit
These aren’t your typical beyond or impossible burgers, everything is made from locally sourced ingredients, even the ketchup! The fried oyster mushroom “chik” sandwiches are delicious, as are the burgers. Very generous portions! Food truck is open Thursday - Sunday. Owner is very nice, definitely worth checking out!

Perhaps the best vegan burger ever. Homemade of quinoa, lions mane mushroom and flaxseed, this patty was perfection. Sauces are homemade, fries made from a German spud strain, I get the idea that Rico, the owner, takes crafting this staple as seriously as a Michelin-stared chef. Yes, definitely worth the trip. I’m told some Swedish tourists visiting Miami Ubered up to Rico’s food truck just to indulge. Definitely worth a detour.

Read moreIf there’s one thing I love, it’s homemade vegan dishes and that’s what Vegan Junkie is about. They don’t use Impossible or Beyond meat products.
I’ve tried plenty of their options that appealed to me.
Favorites:
P.B.Q. (Plant based queen) - There’s just something about having guava and barbecue sauce on a burger
Hott Shhcken - I’m a sucker for sweet and tangy
Toona Caesar Salad - Nice and light, but there’s something that’s included on here that’s a little salty for me. It could be the dressing, so maybe next time I’ll ask for it on the side to control the saltiness to my liking.

We stopped by vegan junkie for the last meal of our Florida trip right before heading to the airport and we are so glad we did!

We had the bacon cheeseburger and the steak and pepper roll and both were amazing!
Ingredients all made in house or local (bread) and we left feeling great and not like we ate something heavy and greasy. Top notch!!

We tried the Caribbean bbq burger and the STK roll. So delicious! Especially the BBQ burger. Highly recommend. We realized after we left they have a waffle breakfast sandwich.

Kind of hard to find but once you get there all is good! Very small but food taste and quality more than make up for it! Very friendly staff! Everything seemed clean and a lot of attention to detail! Food was well seasoned! Great food!

So hard to decide what to order because they offer so many tasty things! My friend and I both loved the burgers we chose and we split some yummy loaded tater tots! It took about 20 minutes to get our food but since this is in the Yellow Green market with tons of other vendors, it’s easy to kill time.
