Amazing lemon cake - Edit
I had the apple cake, pineapple cake, lemon cake, and the lemon tart. The two lemon desserts were the best I’ve ever had, and that cake was a stand out. The other two were also amazing. It’s a small shop tucked away on a small street.

Read moreLocated in a small alleyway near Taipei 101, Vegan Heaven is a vegan cake shop that you won’t want to miss. You can find cakes, cookies and one of the best pineapple cakes here. They also sell some drinks like soy latte and soy yogurt drink.
They also have some 2-3 seats where you can enjoy the cake.

Sadly came here with way too high expectations. The selection is limited to four different cakes for the entire month of November for some reason. The ones they had were good, but not great and I’d hesitate to recommend it at this price ($150 per piece).

Vegan Taiwanese pineapple cake! - Edit
The shop assistant who served me was super friendly - she wasn't the owner but she was well informed about veganism (a vegan herself) and happily chatted with me while I had my tart and vegan "milk" drink. I wasn't crazy about the drink, but the desserts are to die for. I got the pineapple cake as a souvenir for my friends back home and they were a big hit!

We arrived late in the day so unfortunately the selection was limited, but we still got a few different sweets and everything was wonderful! Even my non-vegan husband enjoyed everything we tried. The shop itself is cute and cozy. We took our lemon cake, apple tart, pineapple cake, and almond cookies to go. She packaged everything with such care and so beautifully! We will be back before our vacation ends! ❤️

Such a lovely bakery. The employee that was working there was very kind and friendly with us - she even took the time to recommend some other vegan places to us, as we are tourists. The bakery itself is aesthetically pleasing with a beautiful vintage fridge & cute decorations. It’s a small place (3 seats available- mostly take out), but if you get the chance to sit it’s a nice little break during the day/noon. We ordered some tarts and they were delicious!! Also came with 2 little cookies which was really appreciated (and tasty). Definitely recommend :)

A super cute cafe not far from 101 tower. Lovely selection of cakes and hot and cold coffee. We had an apple cake which was layered and delicious, and took some chocolate and blueberry cookies to go!

- As a girl, dessert is part of my life:)! I can hardly find a vegan dessert place. Vegan Heaven offers a variety of sweet things which are so delicious, satisfying girl's dreams.

Went mid afternoon and there weren’t a great deal of options left but we bought a few things to share and they were all amazing. The Apple tart, chocolate tart and berry tart were all beautifully balanced and not overly sweet. The lemon cake was light and fluffy and mouth watering. The pineapple cake was absolutely divine - more expensive than the usual Taiwanese version but vegan so worth it!! I bought a box to take home to Australia! The only downer was that there are just three seats inside but we sat on the stoop and enjoyed our heavenly treats.

I went in to this little shop and wasn’t even sure what to get haha so I just chose something at random- but it ended up being phenomenal! It was crumbly which made it kind of hard to eat but the flavor was amazing. The woman working was also very kind and friendly. But be aware, they don’t accept card!

Very cute and very tasty bakery! I had a slice of lemon cake, and my husband had an apple tart. Both were very well done, not dry at all like vegan desserts can be. Lots of flavor in both. Only downside was we went here in the afternoon. By the time we got there, most of their products were gone! Out of the whole display case, there was only the lemon cake, the apple tarts, and one other thing left, and there were only a couple of each! I recommend going early if you want more to choose from.

Very reasonable prices, super cute store, and they have vegan mooncake for sale!!! Such a nice, sweet bakery with the friendliest staff. I snapped up mooncake and pineapple cake, and also had a ginger soy latte that came with a selection of the most delightful vegan biscuits. Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly nice!! There were lots of sweet treats to choose from, ranging from tarts to cakes to cookies! I went for the macaroons, but however it wasn’t available today. The staff said that they’re not always available, so do check before going! It’s however rly worth the trip if you have a sweet tooth ☺️
