Incredible Find! - Edit
To say we were shocked to find this incredible food truck on St. Croix is an understatement. At first we couldn’t find it, but we just asked the local shops and they knew exactly where to go based on the time of day.

Awesome Vegan Food Truck - Edit
They are located across from Public Works. I believe they are open for lunch until late afternoon. There are not any picnic tables or seating so you have to take away, but the food is delicious and the portions are big. I can recommend the lasagna.
