SO so delicious! - Edit
We were not expecting this place to be that good! We had seen some mixed reviews but decided to stop by and are so glad we did. Everything we tried came out perfectly hot, fresh, tasty, and quick! We loved it so much. We tried the corn ribs and the chopped cheese melt, both of which I'd highly recommend. Also, big portions and reasonably priced! Don't sleep on this place!

A favorite - Edit
This place has a location near my home and near my work, so I order delivery from them all the time! I've loved everything I've tried, but especially the corn ribs (creamy sauce with parmesan that is just amazing), crunch wrap (my go-to at Taco Bell in pre-vegan days), and wings.
Read moreIt's definitely a fast-food type place, but the nachos are very good and have a lot of veggies if you're looking for something a little more healthy.
The inside of the restaurant is not fancy, but there is space to sit and eat if you prefer that to take out or delivery.

Delish - Edit
We took a taxi from LGA with roller bags and this was our first stop in NYC. My husband had the Philly cheese steak wrap and I had the fish sandwich. The order of tator tots was a full bowl. We also ordered the chocolate shakes. The lady working that day was very friendly and even added a little cinnamon to our chocolate shakes. Everything was delish.

Decent - Edit
Mostly comfort food (burgers, mock meat dishes, pasta) along with some fairly decent healthy options. I opted for their version of "Create-a-bowl" which included a base of mixed greens, roasted broccoli, cauliflower, Avocado and sweet potato. Very satisfying.

Delicious Just egg scramble - Edit
I was so happy that I got there in time for breakfast (before noon) and the scramble I ordered was very good. I was given a choice of 4 vegetables and a cheese. When I hesitated over the faux meat I was told I could have mushrooms instead and they were wonderful. I liked that it came with toast and vegan butter. Next time, I’ll ask them to mix the veggies into the eggs, although it’s not a big deal to mix it up yourself (unless you’re a slob like me in which case a certain amount will jump out of your plate and onto the table). I’ll also ask for a substitute for the hash browns next time, not a fan. I also wanted to mention that the person who helped me was very patient and helpful.

If you’re after good wholesome comfort food then this is the place. The best for those traditional ‘eggy’ breakfasts 😋 I had the omelette and it was immense!

Really nice place with really, really good vegan food! I had the pasta alfredo which was delicious. Even better than the food is the service and staff of the restaurant. We (me and my mother) had a very interesting and enlightening talk with George who gave us an insight in what it means to live in New York as a local. It was a very interesting perspective since we are only tourists here. Also got a free smoothie because someone didn’t pick up their takeout! Make sure you visit this spot if you’re in NYC.

Shockingly tasty junk food - Edit
I'm so glad we found this little vegan joint during our lunch break from our visit to the Met. The food here is the comfort variety - nachos, burgers, french toast, pasta, shakes, etc. Nothing too unique and the atmosphere was simple and unassuming... but the flavors were insane. We went double nacho - a platter of Ultimate Nachos and the nacho burger - and were blown away by how delicious it all tasted. The guac and pico de gallo tasted freshly made and the melted nacho cheese was super salty and tangy. We topped it off with a slice of carrot cake that was probably the best I've ever had. Make sure you hit this spot if you're a vegan in NYC.

What a find in the vegan desert of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Open for just three months (they have another, older store in the East Village), this place is clean with very friendly service and great food. We each ordered a bowl, with multiple options. I ordered one with quinoa, topped with marinated tofu, steamed broccoli, mango chunks, and avocado. The portion was excellent and the taste was scrumptious. My wife had a different bowl, which she enjoyed equally. We will be back.

Comfort food - Edit
I tried the just egg vegan omelette. The options it ended up coming with were different to the menu ( o protein and no cheese) but it did come with my choice of veges (spinach, mushroom and tomato) and tater tots (which wasn’t on the menu and was preferred by me anyway). The omelet came with toast and ketchup and was delicious. I’d definitely return to have it again and try more on the menu if I could.

Comfort food in Yorkville! - Edit
This place is an oasis of vegan food in the Yorkville section of Manhattan. The food is quick, reasonably priced, and tasty--though, like most comfort food, not necessarily for the health-oriented.
