Good food slow service - Edit
Food was good. Service was impossibly slow. Dont go on your lunch hour. Four of us were practically only people in the dining area. Food didn't come out at same time either. Disappointed.

Read more- crispy chick-less bao - great 9/10, almost a 10!
- Peppered Steak-less Noodles - good 7/10, pretty tasty, but menu said it was served in a garlic butter-like sauce, but there was no sauce seemingly; noodles were kinda plain. Didn't seem super garlicky or creamy overall either.
Would love to try more items!

Owner was super nice and showed us all the gluten free options. All the food seemed fresh and very delicious. It was so hard to pick because everything sounded good. Got the rolls, Poppy scallops, and ADB rice and loved it all. Highly recommend, especially if you're gluten free as well.

The same owners as Pho Fresh which is in the same parking lot. The MI Quang noodles are so good! I love the rolls too! I order from here every week.

I did some researching of reviews before ordering since I saw mixed reviews…it paid off because everything we had was great! The tofu puff rolls and OMG rolls were bomb! Also had the lemongrass rice aroma and the mi quang noodle…both excellent! The potatoes in the lemon grass dish were a weird move but somehow they worked. Ambiance would be good for a date and staff was very friendly. Weird days and hours so make sure you check before you go. But it was good…would go again for sure!

We didn't love it. We ordered the miso pho, tofu puffs, and garlic noodles (we subbed the meat for tofu). We loved the tofu puffs. The pho was ok, it could have used more flavor and vegetables. The noodles lacked garlic; the tofu was super dense. I'm not sure if I'll go back.

Great new vegan option in town - Edit
Beautiful restaurant with modern feel. I had the Saigon Crepe roll and the Miso Pho King Good. Both were amazing! Also ordered the mango sticky rice to go but that could definitely use some work.

Fantastic vegan pho - Edit
I ordered the "meal" size House Pho Tom Yum. The tastes of the fresh kaffir leaves and lemongrass were fantastic with the pho soup spices. The lumpia was also delectable and perfectly fried.
