Initially got confused as there was a huge line for the ramen place downstairs advertising a vegan section on their menu, but glad we figured it out - this place is up a narrow flight of stairs from street level.

Good Tonkotsu Ramen, very good Gyoza - Edit
We had the Tonkotsu Ramen with Gyoza and caramel cream cake. The ramen was good and better than most typical vegan alternatives. The tonkotsu pieces themselves were great. Definitely get the gyoza, because they were very good. The cake is closer to frozen ice cream but tasty as well.
Read moreYou will get free water refills at the table here. Dont be intimidated by the fact, that you have to get into an elevator for this restaurant. It‘s worth it. We were there at around 6pm and only had to wait for like 5 minutes without a reservation.
This place also sells vegan cup noodles.

Very popular place. We seem to be a bit of an outlier because we didn't like their signature Ramen. It was very spicy - which is perfectly fine and we were told so beforehand - but it didnt taste much of anything else, no other flavor to balance the heat. The meat was good but there wasnt much of it. We went there at 4 in the afternoon on a weekday (after trying at other times/days without luck), which seemed to be the perfect time because there was a lot of space.

I have to chance my review of the place. I don’t know what happened in the last few months since we’ve been here, but Yesterday the experience was totally different. The food was not so flavoured as it used to be, basically it was only covered in nonomi togarashi. Maybe they had a bad evening, so I won’t lower too much the rating. Also, the gyoza were good, really good.

Great little place. Very close to harajuku station. Has a beautiful view of yoyogi park. I had the Vegan Kobonshan and it was amazing. Just follow the signs for ‘vegan store on level two’. Signage for name of restaurant is in Japanese.

Hearty and wholesome tasting broth - Edit
Was here for lunch at around 2pm and there was no overcrowding or issues with ordering in english. Me and my GF got the non-spicy ramen and it just hit the spot! The broth was unlike anything I ever tasted but felt very hearty and warmed my soul. Everything you'd want from a plant based place in Tokyo, would definitely recommend and would visit again before or after visiting the gorgeous Meiji shrine nearby.

I've eaten here twice and had two very different experiences. The first visit was fantastic. The ramen was delicious & we had excellent service. Which is why we visited a second time... Which we now regret.
Read moreThe gentleman who served us was rude, abrupt and audibly irritated when he spoke to us. The ramen on this second visit was also a let down. I couldn't bring myself to finish it.
So yeah, when it's good, it's very very good. But when is bad... It's awful.

Had the Juju Grill and the Mentaiko. Both were great, with the mentaiko offering a unique flavour I’ve never had before. Recommend that you must order the Jujugrill with rice.

We went there twice for ramen and it was delicious! The broth is super tasty. The gyoza filling tastes fresh and full of vegetables. The best we had in Tokyo! The fried chicken was also good, but I was missing a little more dip (which was also very tasty). The beer tasted good, I just didn't like the lemon sour at all.

The staff are efficient and the food was tasty, but some of it left a little to be desired. The color changing soda did not change color- it was already purple, and the ice cream on top of it had a lot of ice crystals in it. The laksa did not taste like anything I had had in Malaysia but rather a heavily Japanized version. The noodles were good though, and I liked the gyoza.
Read moreAlso it is absolutely packed on weekends- one of the other customers, a French tour guide, was quite rude. It spoiled things a bit, although it is not the responsibility of the restaurant.
I would go back, preferably on a weekday if possible, and try different menu items.

Besides this the taste was good.
Not 5 Stars but a 4Star taste :)
I liked that the burger had different sauces so you could add variation in every bite.
There was a very small amount of french Fries, so i would recomment to get extra frenchfries to your burger.
The cake was still frozen when served😁
