A massive selection - Edit
We ended up getting so much food from here (4 meals worth) as it all looked so good. We got a pie, a chickpea sandwich, sausage rolls & lots of pastries. It was all great. The bread was so soft and light. Some of the pastries were a bit bread-like in texture but they were still great. They were also really good value and much cheaper than expected. Take away only.

Sweet Little Bakery - Edit
The staff were kind and helpful. There’s a variety of grab and go sandwiches, and sausage rolls, breads, and treats. I had the BLT for lunch and it was incredible, followed by the recommended cinnamon roll which was also so good. They insisted on gifting me a “buttery”, which is a specialty in North East Scotland. I had seen them in other shops and wondered what the fuss was about- oh my goodness so tasty! There is no seating inside, it’s a tiny place. It was a sunny day so I sat on a bench at the town hall and had a lovely lunch.

Two shops, all the North East farmers markets, everything is vegan and they've won SO many awards in the last year. Amazing wee local business and the food is just divine. Support Steve and co when you can, you will never regret a VBB donut!

It’s not often you find a fully vegan place up north, and this one exceeded my expectations. So many different items to choose from. We came out with toffee yum yums (absolute heaven), cupcakes, scones, sausage rolls, macaroni pies, curried lentil pies, cheese pasties and a few other items I can’t remember.

Wow! Could not believe the choice of the items they had. Amazing to see so much options and all vegan. I bought six different items and so far the two I have had were so good. Will definitely be back before we leave for home.

Read moreIt was too good to leave Peterhead without some more Cinnamon Buns. On our first visit that morning we had Donuts, Halloween biscuits, a cupcake and a sweet potato, lentil and curry pastry and the Cinnamon Buns.
So so delicious. We were a bit nervous to try the bakery because most of the British sweet things here are too sweet for us Germans. But this was a 10/10. So sad we can’t stay here forever 😂
