Doesn’t taste vegan in the best way possible - Edit
This bakery, although vegan, can pass as a normal bakery in terms of flavor and texture. If you go to a bakery in Guadalajara, make this your first and only stop.

Anything from jelly to pastry cream filled goodies, muffins, cookies, cinnamon rolls, scones. traditional and seasonal Mexican sweet bread.
For locals, their special order cakes are not that great. If you get the chocolate strawberry cake you’ll find it’s dry and not as rich as you’d like it to be.

Mejor panadería vegana de todo ZMG - Edit
Me atrevería a decir que es la mejor de toda la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara. Hay otras decentes pero resultan excesivamente caras. Este lugar tiene el perfecto balance de delicioso y precio justo. Aceptan también pedidos por encargo si buscas algo en especial.

Best Bakery in GDL - Edit
Wow, I was blown away by this bakery!! First and foremost, their pastries are delicious, and we'll priced. I've been to other vegan bakeries in GDL and was disappointed by their lack of options, overpriced items, and quite simply they did not offer the same authenticity as this bakery. I'm Mexican-American, and grew up eating conchas, this bakery has vegan conchas that nail the flavor! Everything I had here was absolutely delicious, I tried the donuts, rice cookies, chocolate stuffed pastries, jam stuffed pastries and brownies, all were so yummy. They sell so many pastries, this is just what I tried. Additionally, this bakery has a ton of vegan specialty items, ranging from tooth paste, soaps, mock meats, ice creams, various cheeses, yogurts and of course the vegan classic, b12! I also liked that outside they have rainbow flags, yay to being LGBTQ-friendly!
