beggars can’t be choosers - Edit
Since there’s hardly any vegan food to find in Naples, we were desperate to catch that moment when this place serves food. When we first tried around 5 pm there were only sweets left. Another day around 1 pm there were three options to choose from: two burgers a and a wrap. We ordered the wraps and after waiting for 25 min we got burgers. They were ok, nothing special, we didn’t like that there were fries inside the burgers but overall the taste was ok. The vendor was not communicative and mostly hid in the kitchen so a lot of people waited for >20 min to place their orders. The pastries looked good but since everything in Naples is full of sugar we weren’t keen on trying.

hi, in your sandwich there were baked potatoes and not fried ones, then you chose a vegan bab on the menu it was specified what was inside, then if you would have bothered to read the menu you would have read that the vegan bab did not it is made in the piadina as in the photo but in the sandwich. but perhaps she is too superficial to pay attention. then sorry for the term but you are really ignorant, you dare write that I was hiding in the kitchen, according to you we play in the kitchen but you are really ignorant, thank goodness we won't see you again 🎉

We arrived at 4:45pm only to be told they were closing (closing time is supposed to be 6pm). The food may be good, but who knows? You may not want to waste your time.

Incredible taste and value - Edit
Tasty burgers/sandwiches at affordable prices. So lucky this vegan treasure was close to our hotel. Only 1 table so took our food away and ate on a bench by a nearby church. Incredible assortment of vegan cakes. Highly recommended!!

Amazing place, amazing prices, staff very kind - Edit
Small boutique restaurant with 12 different sandwiches ( menu on the wall outside with list of ingredients) - prices are extremely corrects and the staff was very kind. Do not expect everybody to speak English but learning couple of words in the language of the country you travel is a must. Will come back for sure. Pastries look amazing as well.

Mixed feelings - Edit
I went there for lunch, so I can only comment on the food, not the pastries, which I must admit looked amazing.
Read moreUnfortunately the man serving us was not helpful at all. I asked if there was an English menu for food and he just said No, without offering any help. I understand that I'm the tourist and I don't expect the staff to speak English for me, but I think just saying no and looking away is quiet rude.
Anyway, the man later said that only "top" and "bottom" options from the italian menu were available, so I just picked one based on the photo, not actually knowing what I'm getting. The food was OK, mix of luke warm cooked green beans, zucchini and carrots, roasted capsicum and some lettuce, with a scoop of hummus. It was a pretty light meal, but I was happy to eat some veggies after a week of pasta and bread.
There was only one tiny table next to a fridge blowing hot air on us, not ideal on a already warm day.
Another downside was the coffee. It was made in a pod machine and served in a takeaway cup.. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known that beforehand, especially given the price of 3.5.
I also wanted to get a pastry to take with me, but the sweets didnt have a price and the man just vaguely said they range between 3 to 6 euro.
Overall I felt very uninvited there, and even though I'd love to try the sweets, I don't think I'll be back
Pros: Pastries looked amazing
Cons: Unhelpful staff, no English menu, Coffee from a pod machine, Only one tiny table
Domenico_sky
Hi I am always very welcoming to people. Maybe there was something wrong with her. There is no legal obligation to put a menu in English we live in 2023 and with a mobile phone and a photo in a second you have the translation like I do when I travel. Lying about the price of coffee is not honest, the coffee costs €1.50 and since we are not a bar, the equally excellent coffee pods is fine and we do not do table service, we have everything in compostable material. I don't think she's vegan because she doesn't have the idea of healthy eating. in any case, thank you not to come back because the desserts would not have been within your reach since you look at the price of one thing and not the quality of the raw materials, all self-produced.

Fantastic vegan pastries! - Edit
Small, friendly shop that’s all vegan. Sandwiches were pretty good…lentil burgers with lots of different veggies on a roll. The star of the show are the desserts though…we had a chocolate mousse one and a chocolate hazelnut one. Next level vegan desserts…so good!

Cons: Oily, Tiny place
Domenico_sky
hi, I don't know how you can say that our burgers are full of oil since they are not fried but grilled. your problem is that today's vegans are no longer used to perhaps eating a burger made with only vegetables in order to feel the flavors of the past. but today you only want industrial things. but we work of self-production. perhaps you are not used to eating with gusto

Nice - Edit
When we arrived in the afternoon there was a very limited selection (only 3 items we were allowed to order from but there were plenty of other options in the other display case?). Perhaps going earlier in the day is a better idea, nevertheless the fruit tarts we did purchase were very nice. Forgot to take pictures, sorry!

Nothing special, pricey. - Edit
I was so happy to find a vegan bakery in Naples. However, the quality of their desserts was not the highest for the price I paid. I have been preparing vegan desserts at home for years now and I know that they do not to be expensive. Flour, sugar, plant-based milks, baking powder, etc. are not expensive so why so many people still have the idea that vegan = expensive. Especially when you are leaving out ingredients such as butter, eggs, lard, etc. The base for the tarts seemed to be bought, not home-made and the strawberry filling also tasted like strawberries preserves from the store. I was also dissapointed with their baba. I thought I finally had a chance to try one of the traditional desserts from Napoli, but the liquid simply tasted very artificial not like maple syrop or any other nice tasting liquid sweetener. I hope they reflect on this as it would be a shame to have to close this place in Naples due to lack of customers, high prices, and average products.

Greetings. maybe she doesn't know what modern pastry means and using a certain type of ingredients. maybe in his food ignorance he can't understand when a product is made so well that it seems packaged. but this is because today everyone thinks they are who knows who through television programs. our tarts are all handmade since we go down every day to work in the traditional way. before writing a review do some food culture. or continue to make desserts at home. for the record we have customers and many too.

Delicious Desserts - Edit
The woman who served us was so friendly and recommended us two beautiful desserts that tasted delicious! (Persimmon and Hazelnut, and white chocolate and strawberry tarts). Both the pastry chef and her are vegan and as they say 'we need to stick together', she let me know of an Italian site that is used more for finding vegan food by Italians called 'abillion'. It has a great interface and map with so many options available and details every vegan option on a shops menu! Amazing! I am very grateful to her and her kindness, and of course the delicious food 😋

Hi, our tarts cost 5 euros because it's all self-produced, from chocolate jams to everything you find inside one of our desserts. if maybe he paid 2 euros for a tart of that size, you should have asked yourself questions. he does not believe?

Amazing Vegan Cake Art! - Edit
Wow, this is real art! Every cake is intricate, beautiful, detailed, and delicious, especially if you love cream! We loved the pistachio cream cake and hazelnut cream tart. The place is small and can only seat 2, but it's really worth trying it out. This chef is absolutely talented! Prices range from €4-7 depending on the cake, which is not bad at all for such amazing creations.
