Cheap and tasty lunch - Edit
This cafe was recommended by a french guide (Le Routard), so I wanted to give it a try. I'm not disappointed, the main dish was tasty and really cheap ! The daily soup wasn't really tasty trough.

Buona varierà dei piatti vegani e vaganizzabili chiedendo al personale la versione vegana . C'è un po di attesa ma posto consigliato

Ok food, nice ambiance - Edit
I got a salad that was very simple, but tasted fine- fresh vegetables. The only vegan dressing they had was oil and lemon 🥱. The gnocchi were swimming in oil, which I proceeded to drain - apparently, that’s the substitute for sour cream.
Read moreThe beetroot soup was not vegan, which was very disappointing because people have uploaded pictures of that soup.
I ordered a drink that never arrived and wasn’t even offered water on one of the hottest days of the year.
Pros: Fresh vegetables
Cons: Oil on everything

Relaxed - and tasty - Edit
I was almost put off by some of the negative reviews. But I found the restaurant excellent. Lots of choice, many vegan choices clearly marked, friendly staff, pleasant ambiance. And the seasoning was fine (despite what some reviewers wrote) - dishes were tasty. I had the daily soup and garden salad (veggies seemed very fresh), my wife the bhajis. We also had the yoga tea with coconut milk. This is a cozy place to have lunch.
Pros: Fresh ingredients, Quiet ambiance, Lots of choices

okay but expected more - Edit
i think i caught them on an off day because it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. whilst my gnocchi was okay (make sure you specify as vegan or comes w cheese) it was a little oily. the menu isn’t very easy to understand and the staff were arguing the whole time. not too impressed.

Good selection of vegan dishes, but a bit bland flavorwise - Edit
If you are looking for Ayurvedic meals, this beautiful spot is in a great location with plenty of seating. For us, the lack of garlic and onion meant that we felt the tastes were a bit underwhelming, however we loved the many options available.

Amazingly large portions and delicious food - Edit
Such lovely and large meals. We had vegan koldunai, which were wonderful and very traditional, the celery fries were ok and the salad was great, my main dish was falafel (10/10) and my boyfriend had the tofu steak (10/10). The Chai tea for two was delish, we recommend!!

I had the cold beetroot soup which was very good. Not so impressed by the dumplings though. But I would go back to try something else!

Fresh and Flavourful - Edit
Lovely cafe on a quiet side street. The food is incredibly fresh, with juices being pressed when you order. The menu is well labelled to explain what is vegan or what vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. The dishes are creative and delicious. This is a must visit spot when visiting Vilnius.

Spacious Shop/Restaurant - Edit
Big place and surprisingly empty on a Friday evening. I guess other people prefer to eat animals.

Mostly liked it - Edit
We went to Vegafé twice because of its good location and because it is spacious and quiet. On the first visit, my husband had the green peas dumplings and loved them. I had the eggplant stew which was tasty, although the portion was rather small. On the second visit, my husband had the momo dumplings, which again were very good. I had the pumpkin gnocchi which were totally bland, too soft and just not appealing. There wasn‘t any sauce, just oil and a bit of tomato ketchup, which was homemade and fresh, but did not really fit.
Read moreSo all in all, it seems to depend on the dish you choose. We recommend the dumplings, and maybe ordering a starter if you are really hungry, since the portions tend to be on the small side.

It was ok - Edit
I can't say a lot about their food since I only had one dish, I tried vegan dumplings: beautiful served, filling had a meaty texture, dough was perfect, all in all they were nice but for me bit tasteless. There was a sauce served to dip it in but didn't make a big difference. I missed something like nice tamari or spicy chilli sauce and maybe some more veggies. But it was ok and the service is nice😄

Varying quality, but good - Edit
We had three dishes: pumpkin gnocchi, dumplings, and hummus salad. It was of a varying quality. Everything was good, but not amazing. The dumplings were definitely the best ones. Very tasty. A little expensive, especially compared to the quality. Does not serhe alcohol, which is a minus in my book.

Good, but expensive - Edit
We did smoothies and the legume balls. Both were absolutely delicious, and the balls were a great portion. However, some of the items were a little expensive. The smoothie was $7, the balls were $8.50. If you chose according to price, you could probably keep it reasonable. The service is great, they have English menus, and the place is cute.
