I read a review which stated coconut oil in the ice cream. I found out, they only use coconut oil in their cookies instead of butter, BUT not the ice cream. FYI….
The cookie dough balls are my favorite thing to add onto the ice cream.

The shop offers free samples and I went for Salted Caramel (one of my favorite flavors) and Mint Chip. I wasn’t too wowed by either honestly but I settled on a Regular Cup of the Salted Caramel.

There was a slight flavor of coconut, which I don’t mind, and I think cinnamon. I didn’t really taste the caramel flavor, which I really wanted most…
The other thing was the cost. It’s been awhile since I’ve bought a cup of ice cream but $6 seemed a bit steep for what I got.
It’s a nice treat to have if I’m really craving ice cream. I’ll give it another try…and a different flavor … in the future.

Vegan Ice cream, not froyo - Edit
This place is a great dessert alternative! The owner had a healthy approach with no use of cane sugar and no dairy. It’s better than what you can find in the freezer aisle (like so delicious brand etc). The place is new so she’s going to roll out some other items soon. She also mentioned that proceeds go towards Michael j fox foundation for Parkinson’s disease. Definitely keep this place on your radar!
