Connected to the coffee shop, Ve is a quaint little vegan restaurant with fantastic food. We tried a little too much of a lot of it. 🤣

Read moreWent into Ve and wow! First their amazing salad really is amazing. I don’t care for mixed greens and quinoa is fine but boring. The salad is full of both and it tastes so good! It does not taste “healthy” at all.
The starter shooter fools gold was really good and I’m not much into health juice shooters.
Mac and cheese really good without being too heavy.
Oooh and the cake slices are big. Like a real cake slice real people cut at home when no one is looking. 😂
Pros: Healthy but tasty, Nice variety, No fake meat/subs/impossible etc
Cons: They do run out of dishes late, Inside seating is limited

I had the lasagna and the bao. The presentation on both looked great but the overall flavor was average. the vegan cheese in lasagna was good but the tofu inside was unseasoned

Ladies Who Lunch - Edit
Went out with a group of girlfriends for lunch at VE. We ordered the entire menu and shared our meals. I personally really enjoyed their lasagna but found their curry to be lacking in flavour. The attentive staff elevated the entire experience and we really had a great time. Will definitely come back!

Ordered the curry and lasagne which were both excellent. I have no doubt that the other dishes are equally as delicious. Staff was super friendly and offered us a taste of their new year’s cheesecake which was blueberry - so good! Definitely worth a visit across the railroad tracks!

I really wanted to like this place since I was supporting a vegan restaurant. Almost 1/2 of the menu items were changing when I ordered so it was a bit more limited, but I ended up ordering the lasagna based on all the happy cow rave reviews. It was ok, the ricotta was quite unseasoned tofu, the veggies were fine, tomato sauce took over 90% of the flavor… minus the cheddar cheese they used on top? I can’t say it was good. The ratatouille soup tasted like the tomato sauce for the lasanga, topped with undercooked chunks of zucchini. Service was fine, food was extremely subpar.

Dec 2023: They hosted a free event to taste their new menu items with SoFlo Vegans and it was amazing! All of the food was delicious, highly recommend the Mac and cheese, curry, and red lentil burgers. But you really can’t go wrong with any of the options!

my server was awesome, probably the nicest ive had in a long time! offered complementary ice cream and a taste of the fools gold shooter. i had the poke bowl and it was delish. Will defo be returning to try other things, especially the vegan cake!! nice outdoor seating in a cool area on clematis 🤠

First night- We had a salad, an appetizer, and two entrees. Everything was delicious, well made, and interesting. I am so excited they are here! We had plenty for lunch the next day.
Read moreSecond night - tried to make a reservation online through their contact page and via voicemail. Called a couple hours before reservation time to confirm- no reservation in the system, but they took one for outside seating. When we arrived the only table outside they had available had a coffee table as the eating surface, which is fine for tapas, but we we planning to have a regular dinner (with knives and forks).
The food was really good, although the portions were half the size of the previous visit (and the same price point), and we had to move inside to eat at a real table.
I would definitely recommend VE for the food.

We designed our own fruit drinks, loved the lettuce mushroon sprout wraps, curry was fantastic and bolognese was the best that I have had. Great staff & location. This new place is an instant hit!!!

Creative, healthy, & satisfying - Edit
The interior is whimsical and romantic. I love that the kitchen is open and is the focal point of the room. The food is delicious, I especially love their unique salads, but the bolognese is my favorite. They also have AMAZING fresh pressed juices! It's great to have a new place in the neighborhood that is healthy, ethical, and tasty!

Vegan Cuisine meets the streets of downtown West Palm Beach. The amazing salad is to die for! They are one of the few places you can actually get Dosa made from scratch. Try the House made ice cream, sorbet, or have a cold pressed juice.
Read moreIf you have not been you have to try it. Plenty of seating inside and the patio has plenty of comfortable tables and seating. Funky laid back vibes and has a NYC feel.
