You get can Rice and delicious cooked vegs in the center of Tivoli

Very helpful and hospitable

Great verity of baked vegetables, they will make you rice and have vegan cookies too

Pros: Hospitable and tasty food

Cons: Not 100% vegan, maybe one day

Nice!

This bakery/restaurant is popular by locals. Variety of dishes on the counter, so you just point out which one you want. I ate a bowl of bean salad which was delicious, but there was other vegan dishes also, and vegan croissants. :)
