It was okay - Edit
Nothing special. I’m happy that they had a vegan option but I don’t think I’ll necessarily go back. Worth trying if you’re in the area though.

The service was awful. Service staff are not knowledgeable. Awful tofu- how can you mess up tofu?

Delicious & Satisfying - Edit
I’ve been to Van’s twice & have left with leftovers each time - the vegan pho option is delicious! I feel that I am eating food that is freshly made and healthy. The veggie spring rolls are also incredibly tasty and do not make me feel lethargic after eating them as the fried ones typically do. Only suggestion I have is that they begin providing silverware/eating utensils as they are needed. I don’t find it the most sanitary that the utensils expected to use sit on the table throughout the day for just anyone to touch - and some of them have not appeared the cleanest as a result. However, I’m sure the staff would be happy to provide some from the back if asked as friendliness is a strength ☺️
