Nice experience with a view - Edit
We had wine leaves and potato stew for starters and stuffed eggplant and artichokes with peas for the main course. The eggplant was delicious. The artichokes were more like a side dish. All in all the food was alright. The restaurant has a terrace with a stunning view. You should make a reservation if you want a table by the window.

Amazing vegan options - Edit
I think they just pay the same amount of attention to detail and flavor to vegan dishes. I asked for an aubergine as a main which was wonderful.
Read moreThey have everything in the menu really clear so we can make a good decision. Also the staff is amazing and caring. Just make sure to make a reservation at the terrace so you can have the best view.

Cheap and very tasty - Edit
The vegan options were clearly marked on the menu, and everything was very tasty. The tapenade and the baklava (both confirmed vegan) were both on the house, so the whole meal turned out really cheap. Definitely a very pleasant surprise, don't miss it if you're in Delphi !

Delicious Homemade Food - Edit
We would give 5 stars if we could! Clearly labeled vegan options, staff was knowledgable about veganism. We had the giant beans and bean soup, both were fantastic and so flavorful. They brought us free baklava as we were going to leave, and confirmed that it was vegan (no honey). Staff was very, very friendly, and the view was beautiful. Not too long of a walk from the museum.

Lacked the Basics - Edit
The bread as starter can be hardly called that, at least it's for free. The olive spread for it was okay.
Read moreWe ordered the potato stew and aubergine (eggplant) imam. The potato stew was strangely cold at times, not what you would expect from a stew. The oyster mushrooms lacked taste and are probably the wrong ingredient for this dish. The aubergine imam was just too intensely flavored and very oily. Not much to enjoy.
The only upside was the dessert, baklava, again for free, although it was not the freshest. Sevice was decent.
To add context: It was a rainy day and we were wet, so the food not being warm was a major disappointment. There are other vegan options but our impression was that this is an establishment which tries to imitate home-style cooking but fails at the basics. Still, the view is quite nice.

Good and affordable food - Edit
We went to this restaurant because another restaurant wasn't open (even though they should've been). The food was good and affordable, though the names and descriptions sound fancier than what the dish actually is. The artichoke in lemon sauce felt more like a vegetable soup (with no hint of lemon), for example.
Read moreThe free entree was bread with an olive paste, which was amazing.
The free dessert was a baclava. They said it was vegan, but the waitress then mentioned honey. She then went to the kitchen to confirm and came back to say there was no honey in it. We have to assume it was vegan then.
(Mainly because the only baclava dessert they offer is vegan, but I've noticed that many bakeries and restaurants aren't aware about honey not being vegan).
Pros: Not expensive

Vegan options with a view! - Edit
Here's a restaurant with many vegan options clearly marked on the menu. The place offers a breathtaking view of the valley (remember to book for the best tables) and a pleasant experience. The dishes are pretty good, even if some were pretty basic (notably the potato and artichoke dish), others good and surprising (like the grass pea boulettes). I also liked the grape leaves, as well as their baklava. Prices are moderate and the service pleasant.

Beautiful view and Lots of veggie options on menu - Edit
Our Delphi tour brought us here after our trip to Delphi. What a wonderful place! The view was gorgeous. The food was tasty. We ate their leek pie, formaela which was a fried goat and sheep cheese, stuffed peppers and grass pea croquettes with onion chutney. Their portions were large. We had leftovers!

Make sure you book and they give you a wonderful table. Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Lots of vegan choices labelled on the menu which is always great to see. We tried lots of different things and they were all lovely. I think I preferred the starters to the mains but it was all great. Also they gave us a free dessert and when I asked if it was vegan they even knew to say it had no honey in which was reassuring.

Good food, but better view :) - Edit
Vakhos has many vegan options and the staff is very friendly, but we didn’t really like our food. We did really like the vine leaves as a starter, but we both were not enthusiastic about our main. I had the eggplant as a main, but it was so soft, like porridge.. The taste was overall good tho. We did got a nice dessert from the house, which was very sweet! The view is just amazing! It was so sad we were too late to see anything.

Restaurant with an impressive view over the valley. Food is good, all the Greek specialties are here, and the menu mentions clearly veg*n options. A baklava was offered at the end of lunch. It was cheap, as often in Greece.

Great food even better atmosphere - Edit
They use locally sourced products. I had the mountain thee with one of their home made liqueurs, both tasted great ( and the tea came in a cute tea pot). As starter we shared the dandelion chicory vegetables and the stuffed vine leafs. Unfortunately the stuffed tomatoes where not available but the artichokes with veggies ( peas, carrots and incredibly tasty potatoes made me happy that my first choice was not available.
Read moreWe got really nice tasting baklava as desert ( service)which was vegan en great tasting.
Although the main course followed very quickly on the starter( i' m Dutch ) they did leave us in peace to enjoy finishing our wine.

Not only does Vakhos have incredible views from its glass windows, its service is exemplary, and its menu and ownership is local and authentic. Their menu is impressively designed with labels for vegan and gluten-free as well as the flavor and texture of wines and beers.
I ordered the eggplant and potatoes (they were out of bean soup). Both came in a tomato, garlic, and olive oil sauce. The potatoes were ok, and the eggplant was astoundingly sweet and tender, almost melting in my mouth. The meal came with complimentary bread, olives, and baklava (also incredible in its sweet flavor).

Great vegan options - best place to eat in Delphi if vegan - Edit
Menu comes marked with exactly what is vegan and there are many vegan selections. Waiters speak English and can answer any questions about ingredients. I got the eggplant tomato dish, salad with orange slices (so good!), and a few other veggie dishes. Great view as well if you sit outside!

Very welcoming, decent vegan options (not just standard Greek options of stuffed tomatoes etc - although lovely, get a bit samey) of interesting salads and other bits and pieces. Menu clearly marked out for vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, healthy options. Had half and half of two salads because I couldn't decide. They were very accommodating. Will eat here again.
