Going to Miss This Place - Edit
One last meal at VSpot before it closed. Couldn’t get out there as much as I wanted due to a 45 minute drive. Got the chicken burger and fries, delicious as always.

Run by passionate ethical vegans - Edit
If I want junk food, I go here. Small family business run by passionate vegans. Great range of snacks, ice cream, drinks and chocolate ready for you to impulse buy when you pick up your order (so much cheaper than using delivery services and worth the visit)!! Crunchy vegan chips and tasty gravy are worth their weight in gold and make my heart sing (vegan cat approved) Glad they stopped being just a pizza joint, I wasn't really a fan of their pizza. Burgers are pretty good and reasonably priced. Only gripe is the 7:30pm close, especially in summer.

Noting that pizzas are only available Fridays and Saturdays, as it was Sunday I went with the After Party burger meal. It was tasty and filling and I had to grab treats to take away. Got the Tim Tam and the biscoff filler oreo and both were amazing.

Was overwhelmed by how much I enjoyed the burgers here, it's been a while since that happened. You'd think the portions are much smaller but even one burger is quite filling

Hittin' the Spot: The Perfect Pizza! - Edit
Stuck in Australia? Ain't been back to New York City in three years? Homesick for a perfect pie? This will fix ya right up. Just go. I'm so full of pizza as I write this review I'll have to come back later and make sure there was blood left in my brain to power my fingers to operate a keyboard. Hot Damn! I'd had this place on my map of important vegan destinations on this side of the equator for over a year and when I arrived, when that brilliant little neon open sign lit up, I wondered to myself, is this it? The end of the trail? This is literally the finish line of my Aussie Vegan journey, the last vegan resto on the red rock I promised myself to patronize. I can leave the country or die a happy vegan now. I ordered an extremely fairly priced large pie with exactly every topping I ever desired on a pizza and ate the whole damn thing solo, zero regrets. This pizza is absolutely unstoppable. I would have let my stomach rupture before I gave up eating as the sensory satisfaction of taste pleasure was so intense. Fresh garlic, fresh basil, fresh tomato and here I sit, pizza happily in my tummy, thanking me for my wise choice. No bummer rumblings or bizarre chemical expansions, just pizza and gratitude. Should I be surprised? This is what's good, inside and out, V-Spot is a culinary miracle. What's a New York? Forget about it. Adelaide is a lucky place to be with food this fine!

Amazing - Edit
The best pizza! I love veggie boss pizza and the original dessert one. I even got my mom to try the supreme (she eats meat) and she loves it. The staff are lovely and it’s nice to find a vegan business that really cares and supports animals. Will only buy pizza from there now!

Great vegan pizzas - Edit
I love it that this place is fully vegan! I don't think I ever saw a fully vegan pizza place before. I loved their 'prawn' pizza, I was pleasantly surprised by how much it actually tastes like prawns (used to love prawns before I went vegan). Price is really okay, especially when you buy one of their specials. The vegan cheese was also great. The only thing that disappointed me a little bit is that there are barely any veggies on the pizzas. It's all not very healthy and caused me some stomach pain but the taste was worth it!

Good spot of pizza - Edit
I’m going to sound like a w*nker for saying this, but I expected V Spot to be more like a restaurant than a takeaway. We rang up and booked, although I don’t think we needed to on this occasion. From the decent-sized menu my companion chose the chicken Hawaiian and we agreed on the Italian, and split a family size pizza between the two varieties. It was pretty good, with commercial vegan meats and cheese, and cut into small squares rather than slices, making it easier to eat. At $27 for a family-size meat pizza with $1.50 for the split, it was reasonable and in keeping with other pizza restaurants I’ve been to, which have large (smaller than family) pizzas in the low $20s. The ambience was lacking a bit though. There were also a few packaged vegan food products on sale, including some big-brand ice creams (of which we did buy one). This business is up for sale, so support it if you want the new owners to keep it vegan.

If only we knew about this pizza joint earlier. I’ve been a vegan living overseas for many years but have since returned home to Adelaide. I’m slowly catching up on the plant based restaurants. This one is AMAZING.
Read moreThe “seafood” pizza is so delicious, as are many of the other options on the menu. We usually over order and then eat the leftovers the next day. Highly recommend it. They also have a small selection of really good vegan snacks too including Burger Rings, who knew they were vegan?!

Yummiest vegan pizzas... eva! - Edit
We went, we ordered, we ate, we drooled. My wife and I ordered 3 pizzas coz we couldn't decide which ONE to order. What we couldn't eat we'd take home for leftovers, which the owners were happy to accommodate. We ate like little piggies (only they're much more cute) (and noisy) and savoured each different pizza. One was seafood, the other chilli spicy, and the third a vego one - all vegan, of course. Hard to believe the seafood is vegan... it's so real in flavour and texture, but it is. Long and short of it is... we're tossing our years old regular pizza house for V Spot. This is too good to pass up. Pricing, quality, service all spot on. And did I mention desserts? Faaaaaaaaaaaaark. Just go.

Good pizza, great staff - Edit
The owner is a great guy, very friendly. Pizzas are good and they can do GF bases. I think they could improve on the vegan cheese they use as it usually become a little dry/chewy/straw like after cooking at such high heat.

The staff are v spot are great, we had a massive chat with the owner about all things vegan. They are the only all vegan pizza place in SA, the food was quite nice but I felt could improve with some better mock cheese.

(I eat my fair share of pizza) Lacks taste, cheese is weird and garlic bread was foul. I love that there’s a pure vegan pizza spot but this misses the mark.
