Bad experience

Was so excited to try this and had a HORRIBLE experience. Ordered 1 regular pizza and 2 vegan pizzas when I received my pizza I immediately knew it had regular cheese it also seemingly had fresh basil on top which I ordered but it didn’t seem to have actually been cooked with the pizza - this wasn’t an issue just something I noticed- so I politely sent it back. The staff seemed very polite and willing to remake it, apologized for the mistake. The second pizza I received was made with vegan cheese, cooked basil but the sauce was just dolloped on top? This was weird because I didn’t order the pizza this way and the other two pizzas were not made this way. I felt like they had originally made the pizza correctly just forgot the sauce, sent me a regular cheese pizza and just added the basil on top, but when it was sent back they sent the original with sauce on top of the cheese. I once again confronted the staff and they got very rude stating all pizzas are made like that when it was obvious from my table alone that’s not true. They remade the pizza then took the pizza with sauce on top away from my table that had been sitting with us for at least 10 minutes and took it back into the kitchen. I’m not sure what actually happened with that pizza once they took it back but I left with the feeling it might get reused. I won’t return it felt like even though vegan options were present it was an inconvenience for staff to actually make the vegan items.

Loooooove

Possibly my favorite vegan pizza in Jax. I think they make their own vegan ricotta too. I always get the vegetarian pizza and sub vegan cheese (the crust is already vegan)
