What a horrible experience - both my pizzas were cold and the dessert was missing. Tried calling on the given mobile number given - 07857526658 and just got a standard mobile recording - no mention of your company. Left a message but no reply.
Read moreThen I had to spend another half hour typing to Live Chat on Deliveroo's website to get a refund - they actually haggled with me over it, like I was at some market-stall!!!
It's a really unprofessional way to deal with a scammed customer.
I've been working on my computer all day, typing, and decided to take a well-earned break with some food and end up having to type for another 40 mins (to Deliveroo and now you) over terrible service and a refund!
So not only haven't I eaten, I've spent my chill-out time still typing, and now I have to get back to work; more typing!!!! Left a message on Facebook but again no reply by the next evening.
Thoroughly wound-up and frustrated. Thanks for nothing!

Amazing pizza - Edit
We have had takeaway twice from the Wood Green branch and it’s exceeded our expectations. My newly vegan 12 year old, who loves pizza but is not fond of vegan cheese, was really delighted. He says “this isn’t really good vegan pizza, it’s just really good pizza!”

The best pizza - Edit
Don’t judge the pizza based on my terrible photography skills! This is probably the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had, and it’s from a fully vegan place. I love supporting vegan businesses, but it’s even better when the food they offer is on a level way higher than their non-vegan competitors.
