The vegan junk food you dream of - Edit
I love the food, and I love the new location. I can get the same great crunch wrap while browsing local artists. The food is delicious, and never tastes fake or processed.

Yummy southern goodness - Edit
During my first trip to Louisville for LDB Fest, this was the first food spot on my list. The Gouda Mac Bites were incredible 🤤 B-Grits is a must if you’re in the Louisville area.

Yummy - Edit
Located in the Logan Street Market! The Nashville Hot Chicken was delish and the Gouda Mac and cheese balls were AMAZING! Ask for them to serve your food on a tray if you’re sticking around to avoid the waste from disposable containers😄🌎

I was excited to try the Mac and cheese but it wasn't as good as I expected. My partner liked his food though. It's nice to have so many vegan options.

Delicious Southern Food - Edit
This was the first place we tried when we moved to Louisville. How cool is it to have a brewery and vegan restaurant in one?!? The beers were great and the food was even better. It was hard to choose what to get but we got the Big Whiz Cheese Fries and the Popcorn Chicken Country Bowl, both of which I would recommend! Awesome flavor. Looking forward to going back to try the crunch wrap and the chicken sandwich!

Not Accommodating - Edit
I have food allergies. They can be simply eliminated from the dishes. This restaurant was not willing to accommodate my food allergies. I agreed to try something. The dish tasted OK but I was definitely sick the rest of the night. They could have easily just added the raw vegetable into my dish. They had no substitution in mind. Everything is pre made as I could tell. Too expensive for what we had. I do not recommend nor will I return to this restaurant.

This is no longer a food truck, it has a permanent location and is a brewery.

Wow. This place is AMAZING!!!! I’m from Minnesota and our all-vegan restaurants are nowhere near this good! I had the shroom noir burger with fried Mac bites and damn it was delicious! Paired with the hardcore herbivore brew you cannot go wrong.

Yummy Comfort with some healthy options - Edit
Really good queso, some of the best in the south, must try. Crunch wrap was delicious. But my favorite was the summer quinoa bowl, a comforting and healthy dish.

Wow - Edit
What a meal. For starters, my Chorizo Potato Bowl was killer. The cheese sauce, chorizo, and rice were all top notch in this dish. The rice probably doesn’t get enough credit, but wow was it good. I also had a side of fried mac and cheese balls. They were good but subtle on the mac and cheese taste.
Read moreAlso, my non-vegan Dad absolutely loved his Hot ‘Chicken’ sandwich. He said it was one of, if not the best chicken sandwiches he’s ever had—real chicken included. Trust me that’s a high complement.
They also had a great selection of vegan donuts, which were also killer. My non-vegan mom mentioned they were as good as any non-vegan old fashioned donut she’d had.
All in all, wowzers what a meal. Top marks.
Pros: Soooo many options , All vegan, Yummy AF
Cons: Can be expensive (18% gratuity req on take out)

Stopped in with my buddy and we split the nachos supreme. The nacho cheese was amazing. Seasoned beef crumbles really added so much to the dish.

Comfort! - Edit
Traveling and stopped in for some much needed comfort food and V-Grits hit the spot. We loved the convenience of putting in an order online contactless rather than ordering from a server or counter. At first glance the sandwich seemed small, but it was hard to finish! The mac and cheese had phenomenal flavor and the texture was bang on. I tried the lavender gin fizz and was not disappointed. Great atmosphere and the food was absolutely amazing. Definitely will miss back home
