Delicious, affordable Indian food

This is a casual, vegetarian counter service & take out place. The people who work here are friendly & helpful & know what vegan means. They can tell you what contains dairy & what doesn’t.
There’s a small menu of hot & cold items to choose from plus there is hot food in the case that changes daily. They have an assortment of fresh breads and they also sell sweets & snacks by the pound but I don’t know if any of the sweets are vegan.
There are a few tables but most customers get food to go. I highly recommend their bhel puri. Grab a seat & eat it right away before it gets soggy! Also if they have Hakka Noodles when you’re there, get some to bring home with you. So good.

Pros: Friendly & helpful staff, Delicious food, Lots of vegan options

Cons: Lots of single use plastics

Hi, I’m not sure bc I haven’t ordered that from them. But you could call and ask. They are knowledgeable about what contains dairy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Eggs aren’t usually used in Indian food so it’s the dairy you’ve got to watch out for. I don’t know if pain puri would travel well though? Might get mushy fast.
