The food I had was pretty decent, but I've had better. Unfortunately, there aren't many vegan options available, and if there is a possibility to "veganize" a dish, it means leaving something out but paying the same price.

Fajitas sind gut - Edit
Die Fajitas mit Gemüse sowie der Margarita hat mir super geschmeckt. Einziger nachteil ist das dass Essen teilweise kalt serviert wird.

Great Enchilada - Edit
US Mex has a few vegan options but not many. I’ve had the fajitas and enchiladas. The enchiladas are by far the best. The vegetables are well seasoned and cooked and it comes with sauce and guacamole. I highly suggest then investing in a little vegan cheese to melt over the top, like Violife. They could also add some fake meat options too.

Lovely place, amazing decoration and delicious food! Lots of vegetarian and vegan friendly meals. The menus are a bit expensive, but the portions are also very big, you really won't stay hungry after eating here!

Restaurante no centro de Schaffhausen, fácil de encontrar. A comida era muito bem temperada, os vegetais eram bem frescos. O Bohnenmus é uma delícia. Os pratos que podem ser veganos estão claramente identificados no cardápio. É um pouco caro, mas nada além dos padrões da Suíça.

Read moreA vegan friendly oasis. After visiting Germany for a few days we finally found a place that serves vegan friendly dishes (vegan or those that can be made vegan). Menu is rich with US-Mexican dishes, clearly marking vegetarian / vegan / lactose options.
Staff was very friendly - which is also a welcome change after a few days with strict and non-friendly German service.
Can’t testify for the burgers or meat dishes but the veggie ones were great and served within minutes.
Be aware: place is not cheap - cost us 100€ for 3 dishes, a side dish and a beer.

Nice atmosphere but avoid the fajitas. - Edit
I really liked the rustic interior of this restaurant and the selection. However the fajitas I tried were quite bland and, I suspect, made with frozen vegetables. May want to order extra salt an pepper. Among the other options there is certainly something better, including the newly available beyond meat burger which can be ordered vegan.
