Poor customer service

Unfortunately this was our first visit, possibly our only. Understandably COVID has placed significant challenges, however they didn’t receive the order through the company’s site (menufy). After we called they made the drinks and brought ours out after another persons (who mind you arrived after us). Finally, we received the drinks and was then asked for payment after we explained the order was paid and put through this menufy site. Hopefully, this can get worked out as the drinks are phenomenal. They did apologize, but it this was more confusion than it should have been.

Pros: Good variety on menu, Plenty of add ins

Cons: Customer service , Wait time (not busy)
