There are 3 vegan options (tofu bahn mi, power salad, and Mediterranean bowl) but mannnnn the tofu bahn mi was SO good! The foccacia was soft inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. The sweet and spicy aioli was a bit too mild for my taste but they have sriracha at the condiment bar and made it perfectly spicy. It comes with a side salad of spring mix, balsamic vinaigrette, mandarin slices, and vegan feta! I am coming back just for this bahn mi!!

Solid vegan options - Edit
This place only has 3 vegan options on the permanent menu, but all 3 are hearty/filling and really tasty. Good option in El Cajon, which isn’t super vegan friendly.
