Beyond burgers - Edit
This place is good if you're just looking for a burger and fries. They also have a housemade veggie burger on the menu. Several sides are also vegan and everything vegan is clearly labeled on the menu.

The Vegan on Shrooms was one of the best burgers I’ve had. Juicy, sweet, and just well balanced. Tomato and blueberry salad was interesting but not that special.

The fries were delicious the fried chickpeas were basically raw chickpeas, we assumed they would be crunchier. They only have beyond meat so it’s not great, the buns and sauces aren’t anything great. We didn’t eat much of our meal but happy we tried it! Don’t need to go back though

Loved that they labeled what's vegan! Had the Vegan on 'Shrooms burger (Beyond Meat), which was very good, and the fries were excellent. Also ordered sides of their pickled vegetables, which were bigger than expected portions for my carry-out order. This was a place of convenience (located near my hotel), but worth it.

Went with a group of four. All had differing eating styles they were able to account for that. I had the vegan shroom burger. Very good wasn’t as messy as I thought it was going to be due to other reviews. Waiter was helpful in making sure the drink I ordered was vegan. Nice outdoor seating with very strong fans. Lol which was a plus because it was 92 outside.

5-12- The vegan shroom burger was very good. I also had the fried chickpeas. I love discovering new recipes for vegan foods. I will have to try it at home. The waitress was friendly and brought me a side of the vegan garlic mayo to dip my fried chickpeas in. There was also a chipotle ketchup on the table that was great.

It is a burger place but it totally deserves the stars because they have two vegan burger options and several amazing salads and sides like house made pickles. The servers are also super helpful if you say you’re vegan.

The southwest veggie burger was absolutely delicious with a vegan garlic mayo. Better even than the impossible burger in my opinion! They are very accommodating when asked about vegan options and very knowledgeable. All burgers can easily able to be made vegan with different patty, different buns and replacing the mayo for the garlic mayo. And the fried chickpeas were super good. Would absolutely give 5 stars if I could and will definitely be returning. This would be a great place to come if you had mixed company of people who are not vegan as well. And the patio is absolutely beautiful outside with good drinks! Love seeing Downtown Chattanooga diverse with options for plant based eating out.

My husband and I ate here this evening. He had the spicy vegan burger, I had the mushroom vegan burger. We started with the fried garbanzo beans that were excellent! He had a side salad that was fabulous, I had beats that were wonderful!The vegan garlic mayo was excellent, the roasted red pepper salad dressing was equally excellent! Service was great. Surroundings are great. Server was cheerful and happy to help out!

Friendly folk, great food, equally great drinks. I had the vegan shroom burger, which was - as other reviewers noted - a bit of a mess, albeit a darn tasty one. Flavor-wise, probably one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had, so totally worth it. The pickled veggies to start were fantastic, as was the cocktail menu.

Only gluten free and vegan item on the menu is the farmhouse salad. It wasn't that great. included sour tomatoes, raw corn, raw green beans, lettuce and barely cooked beets. Not worth $10. Service was nice though. But honestly, it wouldn't be that hard to make a better salad or heck a vegan burger patty without wheat. Never going back.

I am vegan, but my husband is not, so I'm always looking for veg-friendly places that will give us both options. I'm happy to say that Urban Stack in Chattanooga was amazing! The vegan burger was messy but delicious. My husband was happy with his burger, and the staff there is outstanding! We will be back next time we're near Chattanooga.

Both of the vegetarian/vegan burgers are pretty tasty, but the sides and salads are where its at... Try the farmhouse salad and the tomato-blueberry salad. Service is always awesome! Local food source too, which is always a plus.

Matters how strict you are.. - Edit
I am a strict vegan and asked them if they cook their vegan burger on the same grill as the meat. They said yes and did not offer to cook it with foil or anything. Their sides are tasty though! They have beets and a black-eyed-pea/cucumber salad. They try to use local ingredients and I appreciate that. I believe they also use friendlier meats.
