Delicious vegan panini - Edit
I'd give this place 5* for their vegan options if HC let me. 50% vegan with several tasty paninis (I loved the Brisket Spiced Mushroom one). They even make their own vegan cheese. Great spot for lunch. Highly recommend.

Small, friendly, shop owned by a local brother & sister duo. The vegan items were tasty.

We had a very good lunch at Urban Forst Bistro. The Roast Tofu Panini was very good, but could have had something a little spicy added. The Vegan Grilled Cheese was also good. We ordered the Pina Colada Smoothie and mentioned that we'd be sharing it, so it was delivered in 2 glasses. That was nice.
Read moreThere are 9 tables inside with 3 more outdoors, which were very popular on the warm sunny day we were there. The decor is modern and uncluttered, nice and clean. No sign of any forest-y decor, though, which we expected from the name.
The location is great - in Duncan's downtown and right around the corner from the Saturday Market. Couldn't be better.

We had something simply called "Vegan Sadwich", which I grabbed out of their cooler rather than ordering off the menu. I didn't realize these were panini style sandwiches, and the person at the counter did not offer to grill them for me, so I don't think I got the full experience with this food. Regardless, my boyfriend really enjoyed the sandwich, especially with the Caramelized onions and thick marinated Tofu slices. For me the whole thing was too salty, but I will be back to explore this menu further, ESPECIALLY the desserts! I am very thankful for more vegan options in Duncan

Lots of vegan choices and really delicious food - Edit
This isn’t a vegan place but the menu is full of marked vegan options and this is seriously good food — well-balanced and imaginative flavours, house-made vegan cheese, friendly service.
