Great place to get lunch - Edit
Great vegan options on the menu, friendly staff and cool decor and atmosphere. I had the vegan meatball brioche sandwich, wich comes with a little side salad – tasted delicious. Very popular place, so it can get busy during lunch.

Decent breakfast - Edit
Very nice tasting vegan breakfast, but small compared to non-vegan breakfast, which is always disappointing. Pricey for size of the breakfast. But nice for a person with a small appetite. Nice interior and service. #Veganuary

Tasty but pricey! - Edit
I have been to urban a couple of times and I have enjoyed it both times. They always have seats, even when it is quite busy.
Read moreToday I had avo toast with added mushrooms and THIS bacon. Plus an iced latte with syrup (50p for plant milk!!) and it all came to £20. Which I feel is a bit steep when there wasn’t loads of avocado on the bread either… personally it won’t stop me going again but still…
I am looking forward trying the pancakes!
Pros: Tasty, Great options, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Pricey, Not much toppings for price, Small drink size

Really friendly cafe - Edit
I popped in for a pancake breakfast and the staff were so friendly. The pancakes looked beautiful, to be honest I have had better pancakes but they were still good! Lots of options on the menu.

Lovely for coffee, cake, breakfast - Edit
Went for coffee and cake, and came back the next day for breakfast. Several vegan options. Has nice open outdoor seating area as well as plenty of tables inside. Big public area with grass, seats and picnic tables in front too, so even if the tables are full, you could get takeaway coffee/cake and sit there.
Read moreBreakfast is good quality (nicely cooked - more homemade than fry up style; the sausages are vegetable rather than faux meat, but v nice). Very nice coffee.
Service was slow when I went (I think they were understaffed that day), but it was still lovely for a leisurely brunch.
Only 8 mins walk from Travelodge Newhall St, so ideal for a treat breakfast.
Pros: Tasty, quality food, Good coffee , Outdoor seating
Cons: Not cheap

Great coffee - Edit
This is such a lovely place to grab a coffee and a cake. I had their vegan sausage bun for brunch and was really disappointed. It was super dry (no sauce) and bland tbh (just veggie sausages rather than ‘meat’ ones). Nice that they have outdoor seating though

Great options in good location, great spot for lunch with non-vegan friends. Serves alcohol. Had vegan fish finger butty and it was pretty good!

Best Shaksuka I've Had - Edit
Lots of vegan and vegeterian options available. Shaksuka was perfect and had an option to come with tofu rather than egg to make it vegan. #Veganuary

Really great vegan and veggie options - Edit
My friend had the urban veggie brekkie with halloumi, vegan sausage and poached eggs (there is also a vegan version), I went for the vegan avocado edamame smash on sourdough with a side of fried mushrooms. Both were delicious and the portions were good. The coffee was also great and the staff super friendly! Great selection of baked goods with some vegan options. Good value for money. Bring your card as they don't accept cash!
