Happy to find a vegan labled food in cevahir - Edit
I liked the taste very much, you could choose what to put inside the wrap, i was very happy to finally find a vegan food in cevahir that is clearly labled and i dont have to keep asking what are the ingredients.

Ate here last week. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Vegan options clearly on the menu and staff highlighted which sauces were vegan friendly. Food was cheap and tasty.

Good taste and price - Edit
They only sell falafal which is really good for a place like this. You can find their frozen falafals in every big market. Bad thing is they sell meat. Also their onion rings are not vegan

Good vegan fast food - Edit
My favourite is the falafel wrap. Their chips are pretty good. The staff is friendly and they know about veganism. The prices are good, they also offer discounts for students.

Frozen Falafel - Edit
An ideal fastfood corner with vegan/vegetarian options when there aren’t many places in a mall. The best thing about this place is they sell frozen falafel. It’s well packed as 1 kg and labeled as the european vegetarian label. The price is incredibly cheap! 1 kg=14 turkish liras.

central location - Edit
There are a lot of falafel restaurant in Istanbul. This is not best but easy to find. Cevahir shopping mall very central and touristic.

The Best Falafel in Istanbul! - Edit
Just try them alone with no pitta/wrap to taste all different flavours within. Little hummus and parsley topping would not hurt :)
Read moreI asked the secret recipe and found out that they not just blend ingredients but use a mincing machine to grind everything. Turns out they also mix green pepper and parsley together with typical ingredients of falafel.
You can also buy frozen falafel in a package to cook at home. A kilo is 12 liras. (4 euro)
Pros: excellent taste, very hospitable manager, option to buy frozen for home
Cons: why selling meat in same store, in a noisy mall atmosphere
