I went to this saloon third time, 1st time I got my full head highlights done by her, she made some highlights extremely blond and some normal, some parts of my hair started to look burned, and the dye came off really soon then I called her five weeks after to say that the dye had come off too soon, it never happened to me before she said you need to pay extra for toner, to which I agreed, made her extra payment so altogether It cost me double as she didn’t fix it with in the previous amount. My hair got fixed ok it was fair enough for me that my hair were not looking burned, but after 4 months I asked for another appointment for my roots done, and as the colour this time again came off, asked her to fix it, she put colour on and after few minutes it was on my face, my neck, my ear and my top, (which was new and of worth£30) she didn’t check in-between and when she took off the colour, after washing my whole head was of my original shade there was no trace of the dye, I was [censored] off, my face was all messed up and I had party in the evening, the colour on my top didn’t come out and my hair looked no different then my original colour, I didn’t say anything I just said ‘ I didn’t like it’, after coming home I literally cried as I paid £52 pounds for some nice dye not for my original shade previously I paid £80 for highlights then again £30 for getting them fix which was her mistake. And now she ruined my £30 top and £52 went in drain. I messaged her to please fix it in the same amount or do a refund, but she started to ignore me, not picking up my phone not replying to messages. Extremely unprofessional and unethical attitude, v disappointing service, no knowledge of colour combination.
