I asked for their veggie alternative meat pizza which was I was very excited to try. It arrived and I double checked it was the veggie version as it looked very much like real meat - the server took one look and said it was definitely the veggie version.

My boyfriend who eats meat had a bite and said it definitely tasted like meat, so we asked the server again. At first the server just kept saying it was veggie, but we asked if they could double check with the kitchen and it turns out it was actually a meat one and had been run through incorrectly.

Thankfully I didn't eat any but the server seemed annoyed at us for double checking and insisting - instead of just double checking in the kitchen in the first place, and we had to ask a few times for this to be checked.

I came here again as mistakes happen, most of the staff are lovely but the same guy was very rude another time, he definitely has an attitude problem and when I complained about him from the response it seems he is a manager (!). We are not confrontational at all and are always polite as possible and it just gave me a lot of anxiety so don't think we will be back

Rude waiter to the point it almost felt like a skit, and generally just not a nice atmosphere. The waiter was so rude I actually cried!
We did talk to management but he just said he personally didn’t notice anything ( despite not being present at the table), so we wouldnt recommend or be back again.
