Small cafe, good portions - Edit
I tried the other Universo Vegano in Milan a few years and this one is much smaller and has a smaller menu, it doesn’t have pizza but the sandwiches were great. UV is a great chain. I love the warm buns, such good bread. The person working there was very nice and I like the area a lot it’s fun.

We stayed in Navigli for 3 days and had food here every day. The burgers and sandwiches are really tasty and fresh. There are plenty of different options of food and the fresh made juices are worth a try for sure!

Friendly staff who spoke English and there was English on the menu. The food was made fresh to order. We had the crispy tuna sandwich, the protein sandwich and the zucchini spaghetti. The sandwiches were rich for our taste. The spaghetti was good with a nice lemon sauce.

Small cafe with room for about 10 people inside, also with some seats outside by the canal. I had the G-free special sandwich which was really tasty. Also had one of their fresh juices. Friendly service, nice food and reasonably priced.

I wouldn't really call this a fast food place even though they serve burgers, wraps, and sandwiches. They are all made with so much attention to detail and from fresh ingredients that the Universo Vegano doesn't feel like a fast food place at all.

The selection from the menu was amazing for lunch but would have also been great for dinner. Me and my friend (not vegan) got a delicious sandwich and it filled us both up and was so yummy. Location is right by the water and a very cozy atmosphere.

Great selection of burgers and menus. There are also some experimental sweets like mushroom-chocolate-muffin, which are worth trying. Very friendly personnel, very clean interior. I´d go there all the time. Vegan fast food at its best.

Guys, this place seriously filled the vegan junk food whole in my heart. The burgers are delicious (not the easiest to eat, but that doesn't matter), the tiramisu was amazing, and of course it all paired very nicely with a nice cold beer. Who said vegans can't have fun, too?

We visited the Navigli branch and had the special spicy sandwich. Very satisfying and affordably priced. The menu is extensive and the staff was polite and helpful. One recommendation I would make is to include a few more restaurant-styled items on the menu as I believe the chain has the opportunity to succeed as a more formal venue given the quality of its food.

We had trouble choosing but me and my boyfriend both got the spicy sandwich and croquettes. Both very good - only problem was it was hard to pick! Big selection of desserts and nice seating right by the Navigli canal. Make sure you go to Latte Neve just a five minute walk away for great ice cream too!

The place was easy to find. Very friendly staff and the food took about 5 minutes to get, and the burger was delicious. They had a wide variety of salads, burgers, sandwitches and soups. And the food looked very fresh. Prices were also good.

Rather small fast food restaurant but outside there is a lot of beautiful space by the river. Food was amazing, people were really nice however the "organic house wine" was a bit expensive (good but 5€ per glass). Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing lil cafe ! They are opened even after lunch time ( which is when a lot of italian food establishment close for few hours) and even though they didn't offer whole menu at that time we were still able to get a vegetable bean soup, sandwich and a burger . Everything was absolutely delicious, will go there next time im in town !

The food is simple but tasty and the vegetables are very fresh. I've tried several menu items, and they range from good everyday vegan food, to impressively delicious and unique combinations of flavors, depending on the menu item.
Read moreThe restaurant is very small (not much seating), and the decor is obviously not expensive, but well-thought out and clean/modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are menus in English and Italian, and most staff speak good English.
The wait times can be a bit long for the style of food. The restaurant sometimes seems to have more customers than it can handle, especially at busiest times. Even at the highest-stress times, though, the staff is super helpful, patient, and friendly.

Blend taste on most sandwiches - Edit
We had 3 sandwich and 2 of them were missing taste, pretty blend. The seitan tuna was the best of them but for 6 euro a sandwich you expect more. The Vegamisu was pretty good tho but this faat food chain isn't really cutting it for me other than the fact they are a vegan joint.
