The expectations for what's described in many reviews as "the best vegan ramen they've ever had" were off the charts. Met 100%! It truly is the best ramen I've ever had, vegan and non-vegan. I can't even describe the flavours, textures and overall impression of it. I had the creamy mushroom option with crispy chicken skin (made from yuba). I'll dream about it for months, probably. The gyozas were insane, the amount of different flavours in such a small bite still blows my mind. The desserts were incredible, too. I'll definitely come back to try absolutely everything they offer.

How this place isn’t in the top rated vegan options in Barcelona I don’t know!! I had the mushroom ramen with extra “chicken” skin (made from Tofu skin I think they said) and it’s the BEST ramen I’ve had since being vegan. Flavoursome and delicious!!

Increíble. Cada ingrediente de cada plato es delicioso y hecho con cariño y artesanalmente. A parte de obviamente el ramen (que es el mejor que he probado nunca), me gustaría destacar también el crispy coliflor y el katsu seitán.

My favourite ramen of the city. Book a week in advance to be sure to get a spot. It's often sold out. Take the thick noodles and add the crispy "chicken skin". The white wine is amazing (Albariño).

Hicimos unas gyozas de entrante, un ramen de setas con seitan y otro con tofu y de postre un cheesecake. Las gyozas estaban muy buenas y no tardaron nada en traerlas. El ramen estaba muy bueno, el caldo tenía mucho sabor y el tofu y el seitán estaban muy sabrosos. La pega esque tardaron más de 35 minutos en servirlos y no estaba especialmente caliente.

I got the mushroom ramen and was a little disappointed. It was very boring and just tasted a little off like slightly bitter?? Needed more sauce, seasoning, veggies, anything to add flavor. Hoping it was just an off day for them because the place was packed. It tasted “home made” but I just wasn’t impressed with the flavor.

we had the tasting menu, which included tantanmen ramen, ceviche, jackfruit baos, aubergine raviolo, and a cheesecake.
They nailed everything! And I loved the variety of dishes!
The service was great too.

So, the seitan was awesome, but the ramen (mushroom one) was very very salty (they write that you can just let them know and they'll fix it though😄). The added marinated tofu was not well done, it would be cool if they had fried tofu or something similar.
Read moreThe noodles are fresh, but I had extremely high expectations for the ramen, which I often make by myself, and in my opinion it's good, but not a place where I would go unless I am close by. Service was slow, expected since they recently opened.

The menu is short which is imo always a good sign as they put all the quality in just a few dishes.
Exactly that happened for the ramen. Very tasty and a fair price.
We also had Gyoza for starter and they were ok. Don’t get me wrong, with ok I mean still good but nothing crazy imo.
But as said the ramen was very good and I can truly recommend this place, especially when u want to have a nice dinner with ur partner or friends.

The food was just perfect. Finely cooked, flavourful and authentic japanese dishes. I really enjoyed both tantamen and creamy mushroom ramen. The Katsu and gyozas were also phenomenal, and service as well. Great experience, will come back.

Maybe I was overhyped after seeing this pop up all over social media, and even though it was good ramen and the soup base was rich and tasty, it didn’t feel super authentic to me.
Read moreIn particular I didn’t enjoy the “chicken skin”, which i didn’t think went well with the more umami flavors of the soup.
Also, you must have a reservation to go, and even with the reservation, it took over an hour for us to get served.
In brief, pretty good ramen, it feels cool because it’s a pop up and i would visit again, but be prepared for a long wait.

Tenía muchas ganas de ir. Hay que hacer la reserva con tiempo para asegurar tener una mesa. El ramen es completamente casero, pero lo que más me sorprendió fue lo sabroso que estaba el bao, el mejor que he probado nunca.
