Favorite restaurant

This place has always been one of my favorite restaurants even before I became vegan. The food is always better than expected, and the service is exceptional. Love the fact that they are quite unique with their flavors when it comes to the vegan dish.

Pros: Creative flavors, Cozy dining area, Service-minded staff

Too expensive for what’s served

Just one vegan option as main dish, which was a chantarelle risoto and truffle, 315 kr.
Quite tasteless dish.
They also serve a vegan appetiser.

Pros: Cozy place, Lovely staff

Cons: Really expensive

Don't use cloak room

Very limited veggie options. Vegan patties were good but served without lingonberries, salad was poor. 50kr charge for cloakroom which is not mentioned until you leave.

Pros: Swedish food

Cons: Cloak room scam, Poor selection, Expensive

Good option if you need it on Djurgarden island

If you are visiting the Vasa Museum, ABBA Museum or Skansen on Djurgarden, there are not many options for vegan. Ulla Winbladh has one option that works in their vegetarian section, the vegan patty. This is a nice restaurant and they did a good job with the presentation and flavors. A pleasing mushroom sauce, berries, and other add-ons give this a range of flavors. Not cheap, but your only options for a few miles, so enjoy it. Then get on to your next stop on your vacation!

Pros: Great dish, Close to several museums on Djurgarden

Cons: Only one entree available, Pricey

Tasty but underwhelming

We came to this restaurant because we were in the company of an omni who wanted a taste of traditional Swedish food.

I'm sorry to say but I was rather unimpressed, for such a posh restaurant I expected better.

There were only 2 items on the menu suitable for vegans, and one of those was a starter which could be ordered as a main dish which consisted mainly of pickled veggies with a side of potatoes.

Both options were tasty but nothing to rave about.

The staff was friendly.

Cons: Not much choice, Not much choice, Not much choice

Nice open air restaurant

This traditional restaurant started serving some vegan options including appetizer, main and dessert. The food was good and well elaborated. The waiter was not very familiar to the dishes in order to explain what they were made of, having always to double check. But overall it was very nice to be able to find vegan nice foos in this beautiful restaurant.

Vegan Fine Dining

Had a lovely meal here during our trip to Stockholm. Found the staff very helpful and efficient. The menu was varied, some dishes quite expensive but the vegan options were very reasonably priced. They were presented very nicely and tasted fantastic. I had the vegan "herring" which was interesting, and the vegan burgers with mushroom sauce, potatoes and veg, was also great.

It is warm, comfortable and elegant inside. Would definitely recommend - perfect for a traditional Swedish experience.
