Serves meat, vegan options available. Asian fusion restaurant offering vegan bento boxes, korean burrito, sushi, gyoza and more. Reported closed September 2024.
Ukiyo's menu is quite limited and the vegan options even more so. We had edamame, rice and katsu cauliflower bites. I wouldn't really recommend any of these. I was initially told that the macaroons were vegan and I ordered them, but then it transpired that they weren't which was very disappointing. They had no vegan desserts. :(
Vegan food is v high quality, not much variety - Edit
Their non-vegan bento box changes every day, but they don't vary their vegan bento box. That being said, the vegan bento box is delicious, and a very big portion. There's breaded cauliflower with what I think is Sriracha, a mini tofu stir fry, a leafy salad, and some avo nigiri. Also comes with really nicely made rice and miso soup. I was very full and very happy. As far as I know the only vegan sushi (norimaki) is the crunchy roll which doesn't look too appetising to me but you can ask them to make any of the sushi on the menu vegan too.

Some vegan dishes, nice vibe - Edit
There are a few vegan dishes, not too many. They are tasty though and big portions. Friendly service and nice vibe!
