Stopped by here for a “mozzarella” pesto grilled cheese. Really great comfort food. The plant-based meat they used is made in Stavanger apparently and the woman who runs the production facility also works at the food truck. She was very nice and explained how they make the “meat” and what it consists of. Was very pleased with my visit! Will be back.

Read moreI got the Smoked Cheese & Plant Beef sandwich, which had fluffy sourdough bread, scratch-made plant beef, and (I think) scratch-made smoked cheese with shredded parmesan on top. SO GOOD. I can still taste it weeks later.
The owners were incredibly sweet and also gave a us a sample of their Kebab, which was also fantastic! HIGHLY recommend to anyone in Oslo, vegan or not!

Read moreI went with the popular kebab wrap. It was fine, but a little overrated, I think. And for street food, I found it a bit expensive too. So in hindsight I should probably have tried one of their sandwiches instead.

Great food! I tried their original döner. Its not 100% like a traditional kebab, but in my opinion the differences makes it much better!
Read moreMy bf complained they were a bit small, but I didnt think about it before he pointed it out. He also complained the bread felt more like a wheat tortilla for tacos than "kebab bread", but again thats a pretty minor detail, and overall we came to a common rating og 9.5/10.

Delicious Vegan Food & Friendly Service - Edit
This vegan food truck is owned by the coolest couple of women in Oslo! The food is amazing; we’ve been twice already. You have to try their kebab or the pesto mozzarella no chicken sandwich. Make sure you order the garlic aioli sauce for your fries. Super yummy!! Each take out box comes with a little message on the lid - just a lovely extra touch. Please support this food truck. We highly recommend it and the food is SO good you can’t go wrong.

Ordered take-away and this was absolutely delicious. We had the mozarella pesto sandwich, the original and the noChicken kebab. Although all of them were brill, my personal favourite was the noChicken kebab.

Two friendly norwegian ladies with animal and planet friendly agenda run a fully vegan food truck in the heart of Oslo.
Read moreThey offer just a few different things on the menu, but what you get is really tasty and fresh. The special seitan blended with bean protein is ideal for kebab. For spicy food lovers, they have their homemade sauce of marinated yellow habaneros that I really loved. It was the perfect spice without taking away the taste of rest of the food.
We got offered a sample of the special seitan before we ordered. Super cool, good values, friendly people. Highly recomended. And the truck is electric by the way!
Be aware that the opening hours and presence might be variable since its a food truck in a startup phase, and also participating on events out of the town. If its not there when you pass by, try another day or just call them and ask.

Fantastic Vegan Kebab! - Edit
We came across Two Monkeys Food Truck yesterday and gave it a try. Our experience was FANTASTIC! The taste was delicious, and a portion was huge, more than enough to make one person full. The presentation was gorgeous. We also had a chance to chat with lovely Therese and Solveig. I was amazed by their passion and enthusiasm. I will definitely stop by many times.
