Family-run business opened in 1974. Owner's daughter is a vegan and so offers a complete vegan menu which includes shakes, smoothies, fruit bowls and banana whips as well as vegan toppings such as assorted nuts, fruits, coconut, vegan choc chips and more. All shakes have a frozen banana base and are blended in a Vitamix which is used for vegan menu items ONLY. Shakes are made with almond milk but there is rice milk available for those with nut allergies. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a very old style parlour with original wallpaper that blends perfectly with the black and white checked tile floor and in-house-made fountain sodas. Open Mon-Sun 1:00pm-11:00pm.

Overpriced - Edit
You’re better off going to a super market and getting ben and Jerry’s. They used to have good options but now the few they have are meh and costly

cash only establishment - Edit
the last review i see on here is from 6 years ago and it seems nothing at all has changed. they have the exact same vegan menu with smoothies, smoothie bowls, and banana whip. (no ice cream options). my parnter and i both ordered banana whip and paid over $20 for them. the whip was pretty soupy and not as thick as banana whip usually is, but the flavor was good. after all how could it not be when it’s just bananas. it was nice somewhere nearby had options, but it’s not worth going back.
Read morePros: banana flavor was good
Cons: cash only , banana whip not very thick , pricey

Really delicious, great for what it is - Edit
This cute little ice cream shop offers banana "ice cream" - basically frozen bananas blended with a little water to an ice cream consistency. They offer a decent variety of toppings, and can make frozen drinks (akin to a shake) or sundaes. I really enjoyed my sundae with peanut butter sauce, choc chips, and fruit. Price is a little high for what it is, but I'm still glad I went!
Read morePros: kid-friendly, lots of topping options
Cons: a bit bit pricey

Went decadent and loved it - Edit
Sooo many choices on the vegan side of the menu! I went decadent with the Oreos Milkshake. Loved it. Might do fruity next time. Giving only 4 stars because it's not a vegan place.

Banana-based Ice Cream is Great! - Edit
It's not soy or coconut-based ice cream... They blend frozen bananas to make it. But bananas make an amazing substitute for ice cream; they are healthy, and Two Cents Plan does it right! They have vegan menus (upon request)... I got the sundae with Peanut butter sauce and vegan chocolate chips..
