Etwas teuer für die Auswahl

Vegane Optionen, gut gekennzeichnet aber nicht so viel Auswahl für den Preis

Various plantbased options at brunch buffet

I was there on Sunday for brunch (reservation required). The stuff was friendly. The buffet was quite big with lots of vegan options (more than half of it)! Unfortunately it is not labelled which of the meals is plantbased... Furthermore, the meals were partly cold, which confused me because some meals were not supposed to be served cold... I think the problem was that they did not use heater to keep them hot and the door to the outside was kept open so that the cold breeze from outside had an effect on the buffet. But all in one the meals were prepared in a creative way with nice combinations of food!

Pros: Plantbased-friendly buffet

Cons: Some hot meals were already cold

Nice spot for breakfast

The Turnhalle is a cozy little cafe offering a daily vegetarian buffet with many vegan options. The staff is friendly and dedicated, still, you have to be a bit patient since it gets very crowded. The food itself is very tasty, they have fresh fruits, porridge, cakes and hearty options like potatoes, hummus, baked beans and so on. Unfortunately they don’t label vegan and vegetarian options and the service staff isn’t informed themselves and has to ask in the kitchen. Many dishes could be easily made vegan without adding cheese and the majority of dishes is vegetarian.
