Not great - Edit
The vegan cig kofte wrap sounded intriguing, but I was not impressed. It was served cold, though I'm not sure if that's the norm since it was my first time trying this dish. The filling was bland, made all the more bland by adding a ton of lettuce. Won’t be ordering this again.

A new natural approach to vegan food - Edit
I have been to many vegan restaurants and many of them use artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. After visiting Turca Food, I have realized that vegan is possible with all natural ingredients. Their vegan wrap, vegan sushi and vegan taco are beyond imagination. I definitely recommend for vegans.
